Ordered for the first time this last summer through Uber eats. Food came, it was delicious. Ordered a second time through Uber this fall and while the food was still good, it took awhile and came cold. We can reheat no big deal.

Ordered tonight at 6:17 through the direct Mr Beast site. Was told it would be delivered around 6:45. It never came and the delivery tracker wouldn't update. I finally call at 7:25 to figure out what's going on and am told they are trying to find someone to deliver it. They say they will get a new driver and it will be sent right out. It still never comes and by 7:55 I call back to be told they are STILL LOOKING FOR A DRIVER. So my food has been sitting out HOW long on the counter waiting to be picked up? Meat and cheese? That's a health hazard. Absolutely disgusting. I was on hold another 7 minutes when the guy came back to say they were STILL looking for someone and I cancelled the order. It's not worth the guaranteed food poisoning. Only order if you don't actually...

This is my first and will probably be my only restaurant review, ever. Ordered delivery for family to hotel room. Thought I ordered the combos, got 6 burgers, 6 fries. Asked for napkins, extra ketchup and some Mayo on the side so that the kids could put what they wanted on burgers. Received 8 packets of ketchup (to split between 6 people), no Mayo, no napkins. Burgers were just okay but to be fair they may have been better with some condiments. The ketchup lacking fries were nothing to get excited about (yeah, so the kids got all the ketchup). Most of the fries went in the trash which saved us all a bunch of calories, so there’s that. The 2 stars are for the nice little plastic empty cups that we got. We were able to fill them up with the sodas we purchased from the hotel vending machine. Will I ever order...

Awful first-time experience. Our last experience also. Two Uber drivers had to go to pick up our food. The first driver was waiting for so long that he finally gave up and another driver went in place of him. When the second one went, he also had to wait a really long time & the manager (I believe it’s inside a Perkins) came up with apologies and excuses that they only had 2 people in the kitchen that night, on a Saturday night nonetheless. We had a very small and basic order. It should never have taken as long as it did. And the food? “Ok” at best. Burger was falling apart and super greasy.
