Royal Scoop — Restaurant in Florida

I wanted to share my wonderful experience at Royal Scoop yesterday. During my visit, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Kalli, who provided outstanding service that truly made our day.

From the moment we walked in, Kalli greeted us with a warm and friendly smile, creating an instant sense of welcome. This being our first time at Royal Scoop, her recommendations for flavors were spot on and greatly enhanced our visit. Her knowledge and enthusiasm added an extra layer of enjoyment to our experience.

Not only was Kalli exceptional, but the entire staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful. The shop itself exudes charm and comfort, making it a delightful place to indulge in some delicious treats.

Says it closes at 10:00 pm...Drove 5 miles to get there. Was there at exactly 9:49. The girl said they are done and closed. This is non acceptable and I hope they realize laziness will kill their business. I will definitely tell all my people to stay away from this place. Try to honor your time and not be in a hurry to leave. People do go out of their way to promote your business. Tonight is Sunday June 23, 2019. Get better help. PS...This is the first negative review I have given in a long time. I am not one to complain but it irritates me that I drove that far and called 15 minutes before to make sure they were open and the girl said they close at 10:00. I guess we live in a different...

So, my family and I were going to get a nice treat for ourselves. We saw royal scoop online and decided to drive over. The line was out the door! And it was about 9:20 when we arrived and boy was it packed! Now, when we made our order, it went pretty quick but my sister got her ice cream and they just forgot about the rest of my family’s order. Sure, they were busy, but it was an extra at least 25 minutes for a single scoop of ice cream. They also called my cousin a different name. But I will say their ice cream was phenomenal! It was soft and delicious and it didn’t melt very fast....
