Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Florida

I have NEVER in my life received more atrocious customer service. I ordered something so simple a monkey could have made it but the two morons at the counter couldn't manage to figure it out. When i asked for more toppings i was given attitude, when i pointed out my "large" was small, i got more attitude. When i requested a larger container since the one provided was dripping all over,i was told that couldn't be done and was given napkins. By this point, my frozen custard was more akin to soup. At no point was there an apology of any kind. Not to mention how rude and standoffish they were! Like my being there was distasteful to them. I will be calling the manager in the morning....

I loved the Rita's in Miracle Mile, but ever since they moved it isn't the same. It's now in a plaza with an uninviting atmosphere. I went there the other night and the girl was in the back on her phone, came out to serve us and literally turned the screen to us to finish paying an disappeared again. I hadn't even signed for my credit card yet and I finished the transaction myself. It was on an I Pad so it is self explanatory, but she just handed it to me and left. I saw her do this several times to other customers. No customer service. The trash was overflowing with garbage. I guess she was busy with more important things than...

They need to update their hours, because they don’t open or close at the times listed. I gave up trying to go there because I’m tired of driving there just for them to be closed when it says open online. Also, not sure why they changed locations because the mall is just inconvenient. It was in such a good area beforehand, I don’t know why they moved.

Tried to give them another chance. Pulled up at 6:30, Google AND website say open until 9pm, closed. Lights out. Apparently they enjoy wasting...
