Read moreWe have been ordering delivery from them on a weekly basis spending around $30 not including their delivery fee of $2 or the $5 tip I always give them.Last night we placed our usual order, however the young woman answering the phone and taking orders seemed confused and didn't know what a large antipasto salad was. After repeating my order multiple times and paying, my order arrived without 2 of the items I requested (an extra dressing and a side of hot wing sauce) which they DID charge me for. When I called back I got the same confused young woman that explained the driver was coming back with the items. I live about 5-10 mins away from them however, the driver didn't return until 30 min later! When I called back to speak with the Manager I was told that she stepped out and I was speaking with someone in charge. I explained the problem and that we were regular customers however the only thing she could do was give me a credit for $4 or have the driver come back out and credit me $4 for the items I had to wait for. My meal was pretty much ruined.Maybe it wasn't realistic to expect my money back but they didn't seem overly concerned about the inconvenience and so we decided at that point that we would not be ordering from them anymore.
Update: We decided to give them another try and wish that we hadn't. Apparently they have a new rules. You must give them your cc # when ordering over the phone if it's over 30$ and you can't order a dozen garlic roles with your take out meal as they...
Read moreI am Not one to ever leave a review but this was absurd. After working all day and not wanting to cook for my husband and 2 year old, I figured let’s just order delivery. I ordered online because it’s most convenient and I set the time for 6 PM. They called me 30 minutes later saying they were outside my door. I spoke with them and they said that they were not used to the online ordering yet and they would remake the food and send it out to me. They came at 6 PM and because they don’t have the up charge Buttons configured properly I had to pay extra - the delivery man didn’t have change So I had to call back and give them my card over the phone. The nicest person I dealt with all nice with the delivery driver. The girl at the restaurant was extremely rude and when I called to pay for the extra charges she asked me why I didn’t have cash. I then continued to open the bags and realize they forgot the soup after everything. I called back again and told them they forgot the soup and I asked to speak with a manager. she told me There was not one available at this time and she packed the food herself, so she knows that the soup was in the bag. Basically telling me that I was wrong, she said she would get someone to talk to me. The last thing I wanna do is sit on hold for 20 minutes to wait to talk to another 16-year-old. I will be calling tomorrow to speak with a manager because I spent $50 there tonight and I am extremely...
