The bartender is disrespectful and has no manners. I spilled my drink as soon as served when trying to reach for the lime that he threw inside the drink rather than clinging on the cup edge. Even though I apologized several times he never expressed empathy which made me feel embarrassed. When I askew for the check, he presented a bill with a different drink than that served. He gave me a bill for Patron instead of Tito’s. I asked him to present me a check with the correct spirit that was served. I am showing both receipts to prove he is not trustworthy as he ringed the second one under a different table number. I am including a photo of the bartender I am referring to. His name (according to the receipts) is Orney. He dared to tell me: “ and.. be glad I didn’t charge you for the spilled drink, it was your fault”. Never have I felt more disrespected. Another customer had issues with his pizza and he reduced the customer’ complaint to: “there is nothing we can do” and he tossed the pizza into the garbage. Extremely rude. Definitely, not an asset to any enterprise. Very disappointed. Next time I will consume at Gate D.. not worth the aggravation.

Since there is no restaurant to post this to at the Miami airport, I’ve decided Maestro Della Pizza’s neighbor, Samuel Adams would get tagged to this review. Maybe they’ll do something to improve the quality of food. Miami Airport… my high school serves better pizza than this and it’s FREE! Soggy, greasy, and very little taste. Why would I choose this place, you may ask? Again, Miami Airport, get your act together with your food services stat. Hardly any options for food and this was the best I had available on my concourse. Dare I say, Cleveland Hopkins airport even has better options. I didn’t officially look, but I surmise that there is not even a Starbucks here. How about some Cuban cuisine to welcome incoming visitors. I’d even settle for McDonalds. End rant.

I had a terrible experience at the Sam Adams restaurant/bar in the airport: I was charged a 127% tip on my bill without ever being shown a receipt or asked to sign — the staff just told me the total, which turned out to be $66 for two beers, and never gave me a breakdown. When I asked “FOR 2 BEERS?” the server threw the card reader at me and immediately moved on to the next customer. I only realized the outrageous tip later when my credit card company flagged it, and I’ve tried to contact them several times since with no response. This is a shady, dishonest, and predatory practice — avoid this place at all costs.

This is a Combo place... Samuel Adams and Maestro Pizza. Food in one side drinks on the other but combined. Food side order taker was nice and friendly. Food was overpriced but decent. There is a small sitting g are next to pizza side. nothing in front but garbage. There are a couple of tables, bars stools at bar and about 8 seats along a sitting area in front. Tables were all full and 7 of the 8 stools were empty. I had 7 mibs wait for food so I sat at an empty stool. With seconds, the bartender, who looks the same as a picture in another review, came up and asked what he could get me from the bar. When I didn't want anything he said "Well you're going to have to move then. Pizza seating is on the right." He really is unprofessional and rude. But, based on several reviews below, the company doesn't care. MANY...
