The bartender was extremely rude. Did not try and redirect conversation when he had an issue with what I was talking about and assumed I was on drugs after giving me 2 cups of cava, which access your gabba receptors, which is the same thing as taking a gabapentin, he then proceeded to tell me. I was no longer welcome there Because he assumed that I was on hard drugs because of my talk about my substance abuse disorder and my substance use issues and the way that I was acting which was different. It was the third time I had ever had kava did I spell glitter in the sink? Yes, I was trying to make an art project. It didnât work out and the sink was an art and craft sink. If you wanted me to clean it out you shouldâve said yes when I came and asked you. Hi I spilled some glitter in there. Do you want me to clean it out? I donât mind. But then I proceeded to go back there, and he tried to embarrass me in front of a friend of mine after I had surgery and was limping in Of course he assumed I was on drugs again and told me that I was no longer welcome yet he had never told me to my face that I was no longer welcome. He had told my friend that I was no longer welcome, and my friend had never told me that I was no longer welcome there or I wouldnât have never showed up again because I thought I had a good experience with a bartender, but in reality, he hated me so much that he had to embarrass me in front of other people when this is his profession As somebody who works in the service industry, there is a way to politely decline a customer and just say hey I donât feel comfortable serving you because last time you were in here some things happened that made me uncomfortable. I have no problem with how you handle clients, but I feel like if you are uncomfortable with a client tell them something about how theyâre making you feel or redirect the conversation because somebody who works Never would I ever let somebody go on about their deep, detailed personal information when I know they are drinking a substance I donât care if they leave a bad review for you being rude. You are a bartender for people under the influence of a substance. I donât care how organic or natural cava and Kratom are they get you intoxicated and access your opium and gabba receptors so therefore it is a drug. I also feel as if youâre going to have a cava tender selling these things they should be able to know that what theyâre selling to you access is your gabba and opium receptors so you have to take into account if that person is on another medication you have no clue what these people are prescribed so you canât just assume that they are on some other thing that they are talking about having a previous addiction to I feel like this does not matter to add, but I also have many underlying mental health conditions so, and Kratom affect everyone differently, especially people who are not neurotically and everyone responds to different substances differently, especially if they are not used to...
Read moreUpdate: Their reply is consistent with the rudeness on the phone so I feel clarification is necessary. I called on Tuesday to ask if they would be interested in donating a cup of coffee to the local elementary school. I was told âI have to speak with the owners because there is new management but we have a group chat and I will call you back tonight.â It was a pleasant conversation but I received no call back. I called the next day and asked the young man if he knew about the donation and he said that he did not. I mentioned that she was going to call me back the night before and he said âthen I guess she will call you backâ and he hung up on me. There was no rudeness on my part or pushiness, and I didnât even repeat myself. Since I was hung up on, I assumed the best and called back hoping that we had just been disconnected. No one answered four times in a row. On the fifth call the gentleman answered and said âwe have new managers and they arenât interested. Donât call here againâ and he hung up again. I didnât even get one word in.
Original Review: âUnfortunately they had a change in ownership and their new staff is rude, hangs up on customers (if they even answer), and they couldnât care less about customer service....
Read moreIf you are looking for a real Kava bar that trully makes you feel at home and not have to deal with all the clicky drama that most other Kava bars come with⌠Then this is it, The owners Alycia and Jake and absolutely wonderful down to earth people and Run a tight ship. đłď¸ Great conversation and just truly people that arenât robots and just know how to treat customers. The Kava is absolutely top notch as is the Kratom and made to pefection and you get every penny you pay for, Not to mention the prices are great, not like some of the âCorprateâ Kava bars that have weak products and charge waaayyy too much. Bloom has great specials 1-3 bogo kava and kratom and 10-close also for inhouse only. Not too loud , and owner Alisha interacts cery well with the customers and has amazing down to earth personality along with much knowlege. The atmosphere is fantastic, pool table and Ping pong đ table what more could you ask for. Plus pet friendly and owners Dog presley will without a doubt come great you at the door and just make sure you give him attention or he gets super sad.
So again, I highly recommend anyone to go visit...
