May be a good idea to remove the payment type in the app before paying in-store to ensure your credit gets applied before you pay. Went in and said my $2 credit wouldn't apply on the app so I tried to use the $2 credit and order in-store. Lady understood that she scanned it didn't apply my credit and charged me before I even knew it. They won't fix it or anything if credit doesn't work even though it's on them for not applying...

BUYER BEWARE! Here we go with the RACIST nonsense. I am an Apache Chief on the land in America...and I walked into this dump one morning and had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with Brad the RACST owner. No hello, no greeting, I'm the only customer, he turns his back to me then turns around with " What can I get you?". So I read him his "wrong ful white is right rights like a 5 year old child. Of course be became defensive, excuse ridden "I didnt see you" and inept. I was the only one who walked in and his situational awareness was conveniently shot. Claimed he has been there for 25 years. Ok. 25 Years of racist treatment to people of color explains it. I recorded it on video because it was just deplorable low IQ racist from a not so covert small minded being. No sale, I left and posted the video. Went back two NIGHTS later to see if there was a difference and the TWO young White girls were cold and dismissive because they were getting ready to close. So the inept girl botches the smoothie to the point where you could not sip it through a straw because of the chunks and lumps left by the low IQ individual. This place is NOT worth the burden and mistreatment. Why would ANYONE pay to be mistreated. They hate us because they aint us. Racism is monumental mark of ignorance. By far the dirtiest Smoothie King (or any smoothie place) that I’ve ever been to. I blame myself for not just asking for a refund and leaving. After I paid I started to look around while waiting for my smoothie and was completely grossed out. There was filth everywhere. When I returned to the counter to get my receipt I noticed a couple of tiny insects crawling on the counter. Again, I should’ve just asked for a refund but I just left and in the end I poured my drink down the sink when I got home because I was still grossed out. I love Smoothie King in general and I miss my normal location in Georgia, but this has ensured that I will not be returning to this location while I’m in Orlando for the summer. In general Smoothie King locations are clean with good smoothies and good service. This location had none...
