Not really a complaint more just an observation for improvement. I walked into the store, customer in front of me just got done getting their order placed. The cashier looked busy, no greeting finally was able to observe she was texting. I politely waited until she was done to greet me I didn’t want to interrupt. Another customer came in and didn’t see my place in line and proceeded to the cashier. The cashier greeted her. The customer apologized to me and said she didn’t see my in line. I said “no it’s ok you can go ahead”. The cashier said “she was here first” I replied “yes she can go” the customer behind me insisted that I go, so I did. The cashier appeared perturbed. Didn’t make any eye contact or greet me. Proceed to take an item out of my have rather forcefully.
Seemingly intentionally got my name wrong🤣Was really confused on what just happened. Definitely the worse Starbucks experience that I have had at this location. I don’t let those things really bother me or change my day. But there are people out there who are very aggressive and argumentative. I would just make sure team members are aware of who enters the store and their...
Read moreI am apalled with Starbucks! I live right by this shopping plaza and always go to Pinecrest Bakery for authentic cuban coffee and pastries. When i came in this morning i am told they can no longer sell cuban coffee as this Starbucks is suing Pinecrest Bakery and made them stop all coffee sales. They can only sell american coffee!! First off, since when is Starbucks a latin coffee place?! I find this as a desperate call for sales as they are not getting as much business as they anticipated. Pinecrest is a family owned latin coffee shop and bakery. I find this disturbing that Starbucks Corporation is trying to swallow the little guy because they serve cuban coffee. Starbucks: YOU ARE AN AMERICAN BASED COMPANY AND NEED TO STICK TO AMERICAN COFFEE!! I understand that here in Miami it is a profitable market to make cuban coffee but leave it to the PROS : the CUBANS! I dont want my cuban coffee made by some white girl. Im sorry but i dont. I will never visit a Starbucks just to not support them. There is FAR better coffee...
Read moreMy husband and I came to this location to pick up a DoorDash order and needed to use the restroom. We saw the sign stating “Restrooms are for customers only,” so we respectfully asked for the code. The older short woman working there immediately snapped, “WHAT?!”—completely unprovoked. After repeating the request, she rudely responded again with, “Restrooms are for customers only,” despite us clearly being there to pick up an order.
She eventually gave us the code but continued to be dismissive and unwelcoming. We were never greeted upon entering, and she didn’t acknowledge us at all when we left.
There’s no excuse for that kind of behavior in customer service. We didn’t say or do anything wrong, and yet we were treated with hostility. Completely...
