Back on my regular review. so it's been 7 weeks, originally I had given them a 1 star rating, however, I am incline to give them a 2.5 star rating. The floor looks nice, If I knew it was going to be flake I'd go with Metallic even though it was going to cost me more, but I was not made aware nor educated enough in the process. There is an odor that till this day lingers around the Garage, I have tried cleaning it myself, did a contract service to remove odor and still sitting there. Diego, whom I told him about came to smell the odor but said he doesn't smell anything, I have gather over 10 folks and they all agree there is a tremendous stench, so it's not only me. He did charge me better than some competitors, but I was not sure if the other competitors were charging for Metallic and not this flake presentation. for me it was not a good experience, he offered me a solution, to pay more money for them to do Metallic, which, at this point why would I do any more business with them if maybe there is no solution to the odor? again, I am glad others have had great experience, but for me, it wasn't. Executive Cleaners did an amazing job on my Nixon white couch. Before accidently contacting them, we wanted to get rid of the couch and get a new one.
