Florida Wine Academy, located at 305 Wines, offers outstanding wine education programs. I had the privilege of taking the WSET Level 1 & 2 courses, which were phenomenal. Our instructor, Rebecca, was knowledgeable, friendly, and inspiring. More recently, I’ve attended several of the academy’s ongoing classes on different wine regions, greatly expanding my knowledge. Alessandra’s expert teaching and advice, paired with Guilherme’s customer focus, elevate the entire experience. I’ve also gained a deeper appreciation for sake thanks to Guilherme’s incredible knowledge of the spirit. I now view sake in an entirely new light, thanks to the insightful courses offered on that as well. Starting with little wine knowledge and no knowledge of sake, I now have a much deeper understanding and look forward to continuing my education. Very interactive and informative! Theyre very detailed when it comes and answered any questions we had. Florida Wine Academy takes their time so students will understand each topic before moving on and will still ask some questions to make sure everyone understands the previous topic that was discussed. The wine tasting was extremely fun and everyone put in their thoughts and the lecturer made sure everyone participated in putting their inputs about flavors and aromas. As an etiquette consultant I always aim to widen my focus and horizons about different industries to be able to better serve my clients. I took both Level 1 and Level 2 courses and it gave me an amazing wide range of information I can now share with my clients. Both courses were absolutely phenomenal.
