Not what you expect from “Starbucks”. This location is big with plenty of seating area in and outside the restaurant, with a drive thru if you prefer. The staff was friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked the coffee was delicious but here is why I am only giving this place only 3 stars. Music a bit too loud. Tables were not clean with food crumbs everywhere. The garbage can was overflowing If I am in the area again with a need of coffee I may just pass by the drive thru! Did an online order. One of the drinks cold foam collapsed by the time the drive thru started moving well. (No problem) The other only had a small amount of caramel drizzle, so we asked for a little more. When the guy at the drive thru asked the one who made it to add more, there was a whole conversation about how she put enough and went on and on while she made it over again. We didn't even ask her to make it again. We asked for more, but because she had such a bad attitude, she misunderstood and made it over. She should've just called out if she didn't want to work. Starbucks isn't like this.

I went here to just to check it out. This location has a large interior and a good bit of places to sit. I ordered the tomato and mozzarella sandwich. They heat it up. I ordered the peanut butter protein bar for extra protein. The parfait has a good bit of protein in it as well. The nuts I ordered and the trenta green tea which is a 30oz iced green tea. This was a good meal and I enjoyed eating it. I do recommend

We ordered 5 items at the counter. A vente English breakfast hot tea, grande strawberry lemonade drink, grande coffee drink, classic oatmeal, and egg bites. First I given the wrong tea.. then found out I was charge incorrectly, and still given the wrong tea. After some time I was told they did not have the tea I ordered and had to settle for something else. Second we were waiting a long time for the coffee finally had to ask about it. Seemed they forgot to make it. Thirdly still waiting for the egg bites, again after a lengthy time we had to inquire. Meanwhile I noticed that it appeared that focus was on drive thru, not the inside customers at all. Many others were having to inquire about their orders also. Finally they located my long overdue egg bites, they were routed to drive thru, just left on a counter. The staff did not seem to care to much that we were...

Bruh, off rip. I love THIS starbucks in particular. WAY! way better than the Starbucks only a short 5 min drive away in Miami Springs. The staff here is phenomenal Clay, Gal, Joa, Jaida, Manny, etc. ALL AMAZING.

To be specific as to why I love THIS starbucks: the other day i ordered one of them Chicken Panini things and was having a hard time eating it because I have rather long hair and my hair kept falling on the panini. Joa, the store manager noticed I was struggling and PERSONALLY TOOK TIME OUT OF HER BREAK TO BRAID MY HAIR so THAT I COULD EAT PROPERLY!

now, she didn’t just stop at that. She continued with a foot massage (after work of course, she didn’t touch my feet on the clock) took me on a bike ride around Amelia Earhart park & treated me to sushi on the beach.

Not only is the STAFF A-1 Fast. They care about you. They love you.

I have been a loyal customer to this location since it opened. Starbucks customer service is normally is very consistent. However today 2/6/19 the drive through Bartista was quite snobby! I had to reorder my drink at the window which defeats the purpose of ordering prior to the pick up window. Then the drink! after specifically asking for heavy ice it had nearly none. The staff that was orginally there were phenomenal and very personable and full of energy. This guy was not a pleasure to deal with. After denying my drink I asked for the manager which the associate says "let me see if he is not to busy to speak to you" EXCUSE ME?! Now to close this out I check my account and I was charged for a drink and horrible service. I NEVER took the drink. I will never visit this location again. Horrible.
