DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE save yourself the trouble too...poor language, lack of respect between employees, slower than necessary, food is terrible....everything is explained below... Dining experince/food quality: We called ahead to see how long the wait would be and to possibly order our food ahead of time as we were on a time limit. We were assured it wouldn't take much more than 10mins or so to order and receive our food so we waited to order until when we got there figuring we wouldn't need more than 30- 45 mins. Well it took 17 mins for someone to acknowledge us however numerous employees walked by aimlessly and saw us waiting to be seated. We were ready to order when we finally sat down and told the lady who sat us and she ignored the request to order. she walked away without saying anything. I brought it to her attention we did not need the menus and we were ready she told us our waitress would be over in a minute and to be patient. Had she acknowledged my statement I would have left it alone. It took about 10 mins after being seated to order. Our fries were cold, kids chicken tenders were hard like a dogs chew toy, the bread was crispy and they were out of cottage cheese. They forgot the ranch so I asked for some and returned my fries for fresh ones. The manager took the fries straight from the fryer to the plate and didn't drain the grease saying there that's as hot as they come hope I was happy. He also yelled at the waitress saying he put the ranch on the plate and it was her fault it wasn't there. I watched from start to end because I'm weary about people messing with my food. That man forgot it and reamed the waitress instead of accepting fault or making no mention of it and just getting some ranch. When we were done we asked for our check and our milkshake to go which took another 25 mins to ring us up and get the milkshake. I tried to ask another waiter during this time and he said since he wasn't waiting my table he couldn't do anything. I asked if he would let our waiter know we still hadn't received our stuff and that would be more than enough. Finally my husband went to the register and tried to pay which took more time. Our check was wrong and it took 3 people to get it right. It was the slowest most unacceptable steak and shake experience ever. Numerous people had walked out too due to waiting for no reason and getting the wrong orders more than once.
WHY DONT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE: the manager and the staff bicker like children. They speak in disrespectful tones with unprofessional language. You can tell the atmosphere is tense and unpleasant. There were some things mentioned and handled in a way that caused me to be uncomfortable with my children being there. The manager demeans and holds his staff accountable for things under his responsibility. The staff fight back with attitudes and discontent. It is my impression the manager could use some retraining on how to work better with his team and respect the leader role position and the staff seem to be in need of some retraining as well when it comes to treating customers with attention to detail and a little more effort in speed as well as how to better respect the manager in charge and appropriate work...
Read moreNothing these people are dumb I stopped going in said because the servers are so ghetto and trashy. I was a server for years and I cleaned my tables and everything around it. Every time I come here the chairs are nasty under the tables the walls are black and covered with dirt. The serves grab the spoons my the mouth piece and sticks in right I'm to the shake. You can see them the shake counter is right be hand the soda. Severs have long fake nasty nails and fake hair as well which I ain't got no problem with just keep it clean and out of my food. Then I go in the next day to talk to this General manager, who blames me says I walked out on my tab without paying which isn't true. The food never made it to my table. That as last time I went. This time because I called corporate on them this sent me a ten dollar gift card I decided to go threw the drive thru instead of going in. Yes I gave them another chance but never again I order a double cheese burger with no pickles and a number 18 and a chocolate shake. I repeated my self at least 3 times got up to the window and everything was missed up pickles on the burger and a number 19 which I never said and no chocolate shake. The manger hands me my order I try to explain to her that this all wrong she fixed the one burger. Which was the 19 which is a Cajun burger back to a garlic burger I don't even eat Cajun. I don't eat pickles I am Allergic to pickles. I asked about fixing the rest of my order and she said I would have to go back threw there the drive thru and wait and reorder the (manager) said because she doesn't fix orders. On time of all this the order came to 12.00$ I told I have 10$ on the gift card and I will pay the rest in cash the manager didn't do it that way she took my 5$ then the gift card I said no why would u ring it up that way I need you to fix that, her responds was I cant give refunds on get cards I didn't ask for a refund I ask for you to fix you common sense mistake that you made. She then and I quote well this is your fault and you would have to do back and reorder and pay again. She said this is why I wear a headset and said and your point you guys messed up she said no you did. I order a chocolate shake didn't get it I don't eat Cajun and got a Cajun I don't eat pickles because I can't and got pickles please tell me how this my fault she took me cash before the gift card after telling her there's ten dollars on the card. Read moreWell, I can't say the people are all that helpful and some are not all that nice. But honestly the food is pretty good and definitely inexpensive so I guess I can't really complain. Good luck trying to get a to-go box LOL, no one pays any attention to you whatsoever and you have to stand there for more than five minutes and they know darn well that you're standing there waiting for them they just don't care. If you sign up with the app they give you a free milkshake but don't really plan on actually getting that milkshake. It says to scan when you order which I did and it did not work. I went to the manager and she tried to scan it 3 times on her register, it still didn't work. Finally the head manager came over and she said next time you have to go through the drive-through to get this. I said but we're ordering food to eat here, she said yes but they don't really work in here yet. So when she scanned it, it told her that it had already been used. She actually accused me of lying and using it before. I said Miss I scanned it then the other lady scanned it that's what happened, I haven't been here. So she should have known that it had been screwed up and she should have just given me the milkshake but she didn't, instead she accused me of being a liar. That really did not sit well with me and I was thinking if we had not already ordered and paid I would honestly just leave and I don't think I will come back. Well when they brought our food I guess she saw the look on my face or maybe they heard us talking because the next thing I knew they made the milkshake and brought it out. Not the manager lady mind you, she had nothing to do with it she was going to stand her ground. So overall I guess it was a decent experience because everyone except the manager was a nice person. But I will admit the food was fresh and good and you can't beat a double cheeseburger and fries for $4 LOL. The milkshakes are excellent too by the way. Hopefully they will find some nicer...
