Subway — Restaurant in Florida

Total lack of customer service, and respect. This location only has 1 person working tonight. I have been sitting inside for over 45mins to place an order in person. The person, a blonde older female, continued to accept online orders and prepare them. I asked her if she could take my order before starting the next one, and her response was that they ordered before me. Before I asked for my order to be placed there was 3 walk ins and 2 uber drivers that walked out. The entire time she continued to take orders and ignore any walk ins. Once I asked if she could take my order she got very rude saying how people don't understand that she was alone. Granted that is management's fault, but her attitude, is why I'm writing. I walked out but she continued to be rude to those that were there still there, even the few customers that were helping her by handing her the chips for the online orders. There was no need to ignore and mistreat the customers that were in the store. This location needs a complete retraining of its staff...

Extremely rude staff. They make the subs how they feel like making it not how you ask for it. The lady refused to toast one of our sandwiches because she didn't want to use the oven. That's exactly what she told us. Then charged us for each combo item individually and added an extra sandwich. When she refused to refund it the manager stepped in to try and humiliate us in front of other customers but it backfired and I had them make me that extra sandwich. They then proceed to talk bad about us in spanish. Seriously?? I speak spanish too. Never coming...

The inside is very clean, but that's where it stops being good. Parking is always full, so good luck finding a spot. The employees aren't really paying attention to you when they take your order, so you have to repeat everything you tell them, and they're just very sloppy. I asked for oil and vinegar, and more of it ended up on the counter than in my sandwich. They also don't speak much English, so if you don't speak Spanish you will have a harder time ordering.
