Our wedding was on April 6, 2019 which was a 50 party guest, the smallest group selection available. After the wedding was paid for we where given a wedding planner/coordinator from whom was not assigned to us from the beginning. The advertisement on the website and in the contract states you will be given a planner to be with you from the beginning thru the end of your wedding.
Unfortunately, from the website advertisement our expectation was set to high. And after the wedding we discovered the review of Liliya Petrov describing the entertainer/ Dj as the alcoholic he is. Our wedding was handled with such carelessness and unprofessionalism it is disturbing to think of most of the events of that day. To this day it is unclear if the fact that we are minorities or our selection amount of guest was the issue, whichever the case maybe the two events following our wedding on that date bared more significance to the director of sales than our special day. Julie is the wedding planner we started out with, she has outstanding performance reviews, she did here job up to our wedding date but after the wedding was paid for she was appointed to the event or events following ours. We where given Priscilla which shortly on the morning of the wedding we found to be Nicole. Nicole was briefly attempted to be switched over to us as our planner after the wedding was paid for, whom did not know what a aisle runner was and surprising asked us to send her a picture of one in a email. We quickly asked for Julie to continue our planning.
Wedding day, Priscilla (Nicole) was the person to coordinate the wedding she was clueless, no coordination of the event timelines. With in mind, there is no wedding rehearsal which is not needed as long as you have a wedding coordinator. The girl never came on top deck, the wedding party was not informed when to go, where to go, the music selected for the ceremony was not played. In fact, my lovely wife entered the ceremony with no entrance song which we carefully selected and forwarded months preceding the wedding. In conjunction, it took my wife and I countless hours to select the music tailored to our guest. The entertainer is an additional cost to the wedding hired to play your selection of music and coordinate with the wedding planner. This man was noticeably intoxicated, in his own world and played what he wanted to play which was not for our selected guest.
Gratefully, we had hired Sandi from Destin Photography which does here job professionally. In fact, what order of the wedding that did take place was orchestrated by Sandi, Priscilla/Nicole was no where to be found. And among the many mistake Priscilla made, the one that could have abruptly escalated was for her to bring the replaced MOH (informed to the Solaris preceding the wedding) in the bride's dressing room with her mother to get dressed, when the new MOH and party was already in the dressing room. When she was informed that these people shouldn't be in the room she never reentered to attempt to inform them that she had made a mistake and they where not allowed on the yacht until the guest arrive.
Appreciatively, after delayed email replies, unreturned phone calls and my request to speak with the owner, whom never returned my phone call we where eventually compensated for the entertainer cost. But the memories of a couple uniting in marriage from the ceremony throughout the reception are suppose to a cherishable lifetime memories and are not replaceable.
In lieu of the unprofessionalism, I can not recommend this yacht to my colleagues or friends for any...

Not a great experience for us overall. We paid $214 to trip shock (third party app) for this cruise. Probably would have made more sense to book directly. I understand there were additional fees, so we expected to pay this 20% commission and for drinks and apps..... anyways moving along. 🤪
Please be aware if you book through a third party that you will have an additional commission fee of 20% to pay.
The lower deck of the boat was super hot before the boat left and got worse and worse. I was sweating and thought it might have been a hot flash.....but no it wasn't.
An hour into the trip it was announced that the trip would be cut short due to the A/C not working. Folks would be given a deep discount for the heat and inconvenience. I was sweating buckets and ate my dinner on the upper deck.
Time for the bill and my initial bill was for $190 - this in addition to the trip shock fees. This was a mistake that was corrected. We eventually get a bill for $88.33. Apparently trip shock is supposed to refund us something too. Will have to follow up with that.
Also I was supposed to get 1/2 off drinks and a souvenier glass - didn't get that either.
Outside of the issue with the heat and cruise being cut short there were enjoyable moments: the servers tried hard and staff was attentive. They must have super hot running around/not being able to go outside.
The company should have been upfront about the A/C issue before leaving the marina. Shady.
Food: Our appetizer was great - we had a Cajun dip with some sort of pita bread.
Do NOT pay the extra $15 for the lump crab. You get a tiny bit and it is flavorless.
I appreciated that near the end we were able to get a glass of gingerale, even though things were closed out, as my husband felt faint and the water in the carafe was quite warm at that point.
The company also sent an email to apologize and are issuing a $50 credit towards...
Read moreI will be giving this a two star review and not a one just for the food and the outside atmosphere other than that I most frustrating thing on the cruise was service. Took my wife on a early birthday surprise heard great things about this dinner cruise. Once bored on the boat we were greeted bye the captain and had our photo taken. We then were taken to our table. I ordered the window package so that my wife and I could enjoy the sunset. Our waitress arrives has a piss poor attitude hurry’s us up to order drinks and an app. She then steps away before answering any of my questions that I had such as can we walk the boat before we have drinks and app. Well waiting at the table we were talking and I noticed a roach crawling next to me. Make it aware to the manager on board. Then tells me it’s only a water bug. I know what the two look like and this was a roach. He gives a round a drinks... ya to think this helps with my skin crawling for the next hour. When our waitress arrives saying that the manager will give us a round of drinks she says why what did you complain about. This has to be bye far the worst waitress we have a had. Through the rest of the night the meal was fine no complaints on that other than our waitress was Gone almost the whole time we had to have other servers that were always at there tables keep feeling up our waters or drinks. Desert comes around and it’s my wife’s early birthday so they know it’s her birthday because when I booked it they said their would be a candle in the desert witch was fine because others had it as well. When the waitress arrives with it her attitude was o I guess its someone birthday let me find a lighter left came back 10 min later told her just to forget it. After the meal never saw her again until the bill came. Rest of the night was fine with fireworks and dancing. Overall experience would be higher but the service is what killed it for me. Would...
