Taco Bell — Restaurant in Florida

Went to this location a few times without an issue until tonight. Will never be returning.

There were only a few cars in the line, yet it took almost 15 minutes to get to the window. Not sure what the hold up was about.

Then, my order was messed up. We paid for the supreme tacos and asked for no tomatoes. The receipt reflected everything accurately, but the tacos given to us did not have the sour cream (the difference between supreme and regular) and had a ton of tomatoes with hardly any of the other ingredients. I understand that mistakes happen, so we went back through the drive-thru to let them know and ask for a redo.

The employee on the speaker went from chipper to salty in tone with us real quick. Not once was my boyfriend rude in the slightest, so it was really uncalled for and unprofessional. As we sat in the line waiting for another 10 minutes (too long for two cars in front of us), I began to feel uneasy about the entire situation. We ended up just leaving and had to throw the messed up tacos away. Frustrating. Wouldn’t have felt the need to give a bad review if the restaurant had just decided to own up to their mistake and correct it...

First let me say that I know these are weird times and I understand that many businesses have differing hours BUT I pulled into the drive thru at 1145 behind another car that had taken quite some time to order, when I pulled up to the speaker I heard no sort of greeting which I thought was strange because there usually is, I sat there and waited for someone to come on but no one ever did, I said “hello” a few times to see if I had maybe missed someone saying something, no such luck, never got a response, so after almost 15 minutes of waiting I pulled up to the window, at this time I had seen that they had a sign posted that they were closing at 12, I waited again for about 5 minutes before someone came up to the window, slammed it opened and stated “what?” I had explained I was waiting to order and there was a very long line behind me as well, whoever this person was said that they were closed, didn’t have any ground beef, shells, and other things and said that they weren’t taking orders anymore even though I had sat there since 1145...

I went to taco bell today. 13032 us 301 Riverview fl 33579. I ordered food with mask. waiting for my food, I am watching a woman who did not act or display herself professionally, but said she was a manager very ( rude and wrong preparing my food with no mask). According to cdc all food handles should wear a mask while handling public food / serving. She told me when I ask, no they dont wear mask in the kitchen, too hot!! What !!! Covid -19. I wear a mask all day to protect other and myself. however, I notice and saw all the others diligeently wearing there mask but her while preparing my FOOD. Then she proceed to verbally fight with me because I ask for my money back due to her being rude and nasty and not offering to fix and order my food. This covid 19 is no joke all food handles need to take there job seriously to protect and serve. serve us with a mask please. The worst part is I had to go back to work hungry because she could not fix the issue of redoing my food...
