Upon coming to Taco Bell to pick up a Uber eats order for Leah g 3FDC3 on the mobile order side nobody came to the intercom so after about twenty minutes I decided to reverse and go on the drive they only lane where I asked for Leah’s order and they informed me to inform her to cancel it because there wasn’t any potatoes but she had crunch wrap supremes so she didn’t need to cancel they then stated her order never came. I contacted Leah in regards to this. I then proceed to order my chicken chipotle melt. Once I got it it was cold and had chipotle sauce. I then turn right back around and come to the same intercom to ask for everyone’s name as they are playing and picking who they want to serve and to put their names on a survey. Cameron then proceeds to say his name is Jordan and the other girl which would be Sarah. I told them my food was cold but “Jordan “ aka Cameron was acting confused so I told them I would proceed forward to talk at window. Upon arriving to the window the woman stated she can’t open the window with me out the car so I get back in the car as I went thru the first time and had to get out the car to get my food. She opens window and let me know that she will fix my food. Cameron who lied and said his name is Jordan comes to the window I guess because I have dreads and black he may have assumed I was a boy and then Cameron then goes to ask if I’m alright I said I’m good are u he says yes but still have a attitude and a threatening look on his face i ask why everyone had a attitude he stated I was talking back and giving commotion when I have the whole incident on camera and will be sending to corporate as I watch atleast 15 cars come and go because they don’t want to answer the mic. When I asked for Brianna name she tells me but then goes to inform me about me reporting her. Cameron and both Brianna try to fight me through the drive thru. After I asked for Brianna’s name. Which may be a lie but I have video and when leaving Brianna then threatens me causing me to stop my car and ask what was that. On Taco Bell camera u will see how Cameron starts to attack me than Brianna follows behind. Brianna also mentioned that the woman who made my order spit in it. I’ll never return and informed everyone in the mobile order line to report them as well. They aren’t taking any Uber orders and they are messing up orders they are chatting and no sense of urgency and I will be back by tomorrow to show the manager the footage. Everytime i come her it’s a problem but for the employees to attack the paying customers I find completely unacceptable after all that my food...
Read moreEdit 11/1/24: was served a quesadilla that was half empty and uncut. Paid extra to have it delivered and for extra sauce. It’s so embarrassing. Pictures attached.
Edit 7/25/24. Rather simple order. Chicken quesadilla with extra sauce and a soft taco. Paid $.75 for extra sauce and didn’t get it. Both sides of the quesadilla didn’t have anything other than tortilla. Cheese wasn’t melted. Paper was sticking to the quesadilla so I had to eat paper. If it wasn’t 1:30am I would have absolutely gone back. Ordered a #7 meal and was told they didn’t have large cups but they could give me a small. I said not if I’m paying for a large. The girl seemed confused why I was upset about paying for a large and getting a small? No hot sauce. No Baja blast. This location is simply this bad because of management. This job is not hard. But if you hire people who don’t care, including management, nothing can save you. It’s just gross negligence.
Edit 9/15/22. Against my better judgement, tried this location again tonight. Was told at 8:45pm that they were closed because nobody showed up to work their shift. I get that this stuff happens but it’s seriously every time I go. Why is this the only location with these issues?
This is the worst location, literally heed all of our warnings and do yourself a favor. Find another location. The staff is rude and incompetent, I’ve never had an interaction with a friendly person here. Like, if you’re that mad about being at work find a new job. I worked at Taco Bell for three years, this job just isn’t that hard. Whoever does the ordering needs to be fired. Every single time I come here they are “out of something”. One time I came and they were out of large lids so the lady wouldn’t give me a drink. At all. I said I paid for it and she told me she couldn’t give me a drink without a lid. Another time they were out of every type of Mountain Dew. Today it was large drinks. The kiosk should have the ability to take away items you can’t make so we don’t buy them. I was given a small drink instead and no refund- and no apology.
Another time I showed up in the middle of the day and they told me they were CLOSED because of tech issues. I just can’t wrap my head around how bad this location is being run. Which is a shame because it’s brand new and looks great. I have maybe a few more tries here then I will purposely drive to a location...
Read moreThe people at the drive thru window are pretty nice. However, managent seems to be an issue. Doors were locked when I went a little after 8pm...staff said they were short staffed and dining room was closed, but there were 3 different parties eating in the dining room. If they are regularly going to close the dining room it would be nice if they would put a sign up saying if the dining room is closed. There are "we're open" signs all over the windows. There were multiple customers wandering trying different doors because people were eating in the dining room and we thought maybe one door was just locked by accident. A poor Door Dash guy was trying to figure out how to pick up an order for a customer but had some issues talking to a person because you had to wait in a long drive thru line to talk to a person. I've been here a few times since the reopening...strange rules. The service actually seems worse than before the remodel. If you forget to order something they won't let you ask for that and pay for it. You have to go all the way back through the drive thru line which is sometimes pretty slow. When this happened to me, it took an extra 30 minutes and there were only 3 cars in front of me. Last time I was there they gave me another customer's order. This time, they tried to charge me for the wrong order. I caught it because the number they said they were charging wasn't what I owed. I'm sure maybe people are getting trained with all the staffing issues so I take the issues with a grain of salt. Still, issues have persisted the few times I went over the past few months since the reopening. Closing the dining room, not letting a customer fix an order, etc on top of long wait times and sometimes food not made right (I got a quesadilla with no cheese on a third of it and no sauce at all on the whole thing) or getting the wrong order...seems like management is asking too much of the customer. Warning readers to doublecheck your order and what they charge you and what they actually give you, and give yourself an extra 15 minutes to get through this location. Bring your patience if you choose this location. The Taco Bell on University and Dean has...
