I’m honestly at a loss for words. What poor service from two drive-through Employees. I pulled into the drive-through at 12:33 AM only to be greeted by a male “who said welcome to taco next time Negó in the right way because I could cause an accident . I was very confused by this being that I had just made a right turn off of Tamiami Trail to get into the drive-through and follow the arrows to the drive-through. I asked them what they were talking about, and they told me that I came in the wrong way. That they wanted me to leave the Taco Bell drive-through, and go in the right way. Then a woman hopped on the headset and said she was being generous by considering serving me, but that she doesn’t need to serve me at all being that I went the wrong way. I did not go the wrong way. I came in from 41. The employees were 100% rude. Denied me service for absolutely no reason. I suggested these employees who treated me so poorly again. Or at least know the name of the restaurant that they’re working at. After working a 12 hour day on my feet all I wanted to get was a medium Pepsi and he told me that he would get it for me if I looped around the restaurant restaurant. I find it very rude to be demanded by a drive-through employee to tell me that I have to remove my vehicle after entering the right way. I will be back to speak to the manager. I highly doubt that anyone spoke to me in any position...
Read moreNormally people only leave reviews when service is bad, but this 5 star review is well deserved for your manager Leo on duty tonight 8/27/22.
I have been on the path to a healthier lifestyle for a few weeks now and cut out all fast food except for 1 day every so often, I’ll reward myself. Today I chose Taco Bell because it’s something I haven’t had in awhile and I used to really enjoy the chicken quesadillas.
I always order xmeat xcheese xsauce on mine. I went through the drive thru and ordered my usual. I got home about ten mins later only to discover my quesadilla did not have any of the xtras I got charged for.
I’ve worked in the food industry my entire life, so I do understand mistakes happen. Since I don’t eat junk often anymore…I was REALLY looking forward to it. My first thought was to not be a Karen and just eat the meal, but I couldn’t. Especially after paying for every individual xtra.
I drove back up there and asked to speak with a manager. A young guy named Leo came up, listened to my concerns and personally remade my meal. I was very grateful. He didn’t treat me like I was looking for a free meal. Just a great manager giving great customer service. We need more Leo’s in the industry. whatever you pay him, double it. Owner operators need to appreciate workers like that. especially in the crazy times we are in with...
Read moreSo I didn't feel like cooking on Wednesday & suggested Taco Bell to my husband. I walked into the restaurant because I'm not a fan of the drive thru. It was pretty busy for a Wednesday. I noticed several out of state cars in the lot, so I expected a wait. One girl was running the drive thru & taking orders up front, so I felt being patient was the way to go. I placed my order, paid & stood to the side. A man came up on my right side and immediately began to complain VERY LOUDLY. He had been waiting for about two minutes to have his order taken, but insisted he has been there for 20 minutes. I explained that they seemed shorthanded as one person was working the front & the drive thru. He raised his voice & said they should close the drive thru to take HIS order. That's when I decided that this crew at Taco Bell were great. They just kept working and the loud gent was apologized to, but I think he was the one would should be apologizing. Those kids work hard and are treated poorly by so many impatient, rude people that it amazes me. I applaud the crew on Wednesday. They are doing a great job. Oh, by the way, my burritos and Mexican pizza were good, hot and...
