I have not grown to expect the greatest service from this store or any fast food restaurant now a days but these are the times. I placed my order (pictured) and upon arriving to pick up, the drive thru employee was CLEARLY intoxicated to the point when she told me they were out of an item and I simply asked if I could be refunded, she stared at me and eventually said oh,… we don’t do that…. Then I get my food and proceed to check the items since they have not been right ever. I honestly cannot think of 1 time in 2 years of going to this place that the order was right. The order was in fact not right and was missing multiple things I had paid for. Anything not wrapped up was basically tossed all over the bag like they threw them aggressively. I gathered every fry/cinnatwist I could find and I took my wrong items into the store while my wife waited in the truck and when I sat the food on the counter and eventually got, who I think was a manager, she walked up to the counter and stated “what’s wrong wit dis??” And looked at me like I was stupid. I’m sorry but simply looking at those fry boxes (that aren’t cheap) and seeing basically half empty and responding like this is unacceptable. I pulled up my order and listed off the many things that were wrong with my order and she did a nice little mouth smack and walked away while mumbling some swear words and implying that I was out of line somehow by wanting the items I paid for. The kind young man working the counter said they would remake the items that were wrong so I continued to stand there for over 10 minutes while the previously mentioned intoxicated drive thru employee decided to make an appearance and was actually a pleasure to be around but very messed up. The “manager” came back out one time in this period to double check on the items and I was met with more attitude while I was simply patiently waiting for my food. Finally another employee brought out my food and took the old stuff to the back (sorry whoever they gave my messed up order to). I know it’s hard to find good help now a days but this was enough to make me give up on this store and I couldn’t be happier that there will be a new one closer to my house in the near future because I have simply been blown away at the utter rudeness and incompetence...
Read moreThis'll be a long one haha. So I actually love taco bell but this location is.....the....worst. I get taco bell about...... once every three weeks. At this location it's always wrong. This time I ordered the new double cheesy gordita which is $3.59. It didn't make it into my take out bag but I was charged for it. They accidentally replaced it with a stale doritos taco. The other doritos taco that came with the meal I ordered was also stale. Surprisingly the cinnamon twists were not though every other time they have been. The chipotle cheese I ordered on the side was barely halfway full (which normally wouldn't be a problem if the rest of the order wasn't a sh!tshow). The chalupa I had was mostly sour cream inside of a chalupa shell lightly sprinkled with beef. The drinks were fine and the woman at the window handed me the sauces I asked for but she seemed a little cold and uninterested in being friendly to customers. I'll most likely never stop eating taco bell but I'll make sure I don't give THIS store any more of my business. Almost forgot about calling the location to tell them they got my order wrong. An employee answered the phone and I told them the order was wrong, the only option given was to get back in my car and make my way back to the store. This happens so often there should be some way of redeeming some sort of "sorry we jacked up your order" currency. The employee did the I'm sorry schpeel and I know it wasn't her fault and she deals with people acting like it's her fault constantly, so I just let it go...... until I wrote this book of a review..... also why in the hell do I have to give taco bell my physical location and phone number to report to them that their employees might as well be blindfolded in the kitchen? You should be able to reply to emailed complaints without requiring my personal info...... if anyone has made it this far I apologize for the...
Read morePlease follow this standard Tacobell procedure to help mitigate some of your frustrations.
When arriving at the window place your vehicle in park. This is the critical first step to insure you do not begin to drive off prior to checking your bag.
Once you have received your items take a moment to open and inspect every single one. This restaurant routinely forgets to properly prepare your items as requested.
They have also “optimized” their food costs way past corporate regulation. Most products are mostly cheese and sour cream lacking the proper allocation of meat or anything with a higher food cost.
When you do identify a product that upsets you, request a new one. It is important to not move your car if requested. In order to properly retrain management and workers it’s important to cause their order times to increase. This will cause management to ask questions hopefully leading to your Inadequate burritos.
If you have have discovered Sad looking burritos post visit, then it’s important for you to call and request a full refund, or a new meal in your name next time you take the risk. Be sure to capture the person who authorized the free meal.
The person ultimately responsible is the franchise owner. it is clear that the franchise owner at this location doesn’t really care about the potential bottom line. By eroding product value to Squeeze Pennies is out of each sale is the wrong way to increase revenue and sales.
I pass this location every day on the way home. every once in a while I forget or maybe hope that things have changed and pull into the drive-through. But every single time I’m disappointed.
I hope TacoBell Corporate reviews this and helps to “encourage” the owner to resolve the issues. Ideally the owner would read this and resolve the issues first but that ship seems to have sailed.
Best of luck!
Oh. Check out this juicy...
