I am.not sure who runs this place but it is awful. I usually do not write reviews for one bad interaction, but I have had several here. Latest...Friday afternoon the line was wrapped all the way into the road, but since my son finished his exams I decided to wait in line. After almost 45 minutes we finally get to order. We asked for a drink with caramel and they are out of caramel syrup?? How?? If your business is based on selling flavored coffee and milk and you only really have 3 flavors, then you should probably try not to run out of it. So, we ordered and I usually do not get drinks here because of the service and quality, but I decided to partake this once. So I ordered a Frappuccino with vanilla. I got to the window to pay and was charged a different amount, then after paying the bill the lady says I paid the wrong bill. She is not talking to me she is talking to other employees and I am confused as to what is going on. Meanwhile my Frappuccino is melting in the sun because even though I already paid she is holding the Frappuccino as hostage like I am going to run off with a million dollars. So I pay again the correct amount and she hands me my drink, I take a sip and now I am drinking just flavored milk. I put it back on the window and drove off. Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy experience today left me very sad because of the way we were treated. It was my second time in the same hour I went, but this time inviting some friends for a drink and a sandwich. While waiting for our food and drinks, I overheard there was a drink made twice by accident. The gentleman refused to take it and left the extra drink there. I could've just taken it, but I was respectful and asked Justina if I could have it because I knew it was going to be thrown away. My son is an employee, I know they were going to just toss it. After asking Justina if I could have it, she coldly just said, "NO." She then proceeded to grab the extra drink and throw it away. Then my friends drink was missing whip cream, so I asked politely if she could fix it and give me the round lid. She put the whip and then totally ignored us for the lid. I had to wait until she made another drink to get her attention and ask again. I always try to treat others with kindness and treat them how I would like to be treated. Maybe she was like that because we are Hispanic, or having a bad morning, but we all have been there and we shouldn't take it out on others like that, and if you can do something nice for anyone...... The last few weeks have been especially poor quality service, the drinks donāt taste right, mobile orders are taking 30 to 45 minutes to fill, and today the final straw for me was an employee stepping in front of my vehicle to put cones out blocking access to the drive-through after I had pre-paid for a drive-thru mobile order and was trying to do a quick pickup. Even when you go inside, you canāt get any assistance because the staff ignores you even when you speak to them. Iāve had a chance to observe them while waiting 45 minutes for my drink, and I noticed that they donāt seem very happy or friendly which is not on par with the typical Starbucks experience.
