This wasn't our first time dining at this particular Taco Bell, so I wasn't apprehensive about dining there. We had previously dined here, three times before, BUT.. we did mobile orders through the Taco Bell mobile app. That is definitely the way to go for sure at this particular location. This is going to be a long review, so let's begin. It was Saturday night, April 15th, 2023, at 6:00 pm, when we decided to dine at this particular Taco Bell. When we arrived there was nobody in the dining room, it was completely empty. The drive-thru though, was extremely busy. This location has three kiosks for contact less ordering. Since I didn't have enough funds on my debit card, I couldn't use the mobile app or the kiosks, so I decided to pay cash and card for the meal. We approached the register and waited for someone to acknowledge our presence. All of the attention of the crew was focused on the drive-thru. When we finally were approached, this is the question we were asked "Do you want to order?" Well, Duhhh? Of course we want to order. Ignoring that stupid question, I proceeded to order from the menu board above the cashier's head. I had to repeat myself three times, because the inexperienced cashier, had no idea what I was ordering. She had to turn around and look at the menu board for confirmation of what I was ordering . After the arduous process of ordering was over, now came the next surprise. I tried to use my Taco Bell Rewards Points , but was informed that this particular location didn't accept points?? Remember at the beginning of the review when I said I dined here three times before? I used my points those other three times, why was this time different ? The cashier informed me," you can only use Rewards points on the mobile app and not in store. " I was like "Okay?". I payed for the order which totaled about $30.00. We took a seat in the dining room and waited for our number to be called. The food was prepared fairly quickly as usual and I brought it to the table. Here's where things get really bad! The order was completely incorrect. It was missing items and other items were missing essential ingredients. I approached the counter the first time and told them about the error. The manager on duty , apologized and said he would fix the problem. He gave me the missing items and I went back to the table. When I got back to the table, I was utterly shocked to discover the items he gave me were still incorrectly made. Strike Two Taco Bell. I approached the counter a second time and informed the manager that the items were still incorrect. The look on this man's face was one of utter confusion and disbelief He took the items back and said he would fix the problem AGAIN! When the items were given to me the last time, thankfully, they were finally correct, but, I had to ask for my receipt back, which they had just decided to throw away in the trash After I got back to the table the last time, everything else was completely cold and inedible. Then..., the manager comes over to the table to apologize about the bad experience. He blamed the inexperienced crew for the mistakes and his explanation of "She's new and still being trained" feel on deaf ears. He tried to rectify the situation by giving us three coupons for free tacos on our next visit. Our next visit? Like I would ever come back here after this nightmarish experience? He asked to complete the survey on the receipt regarding the experience. Really? You want my honest opinion about your subpar restaurant and ridiculously untrained crew? Whatever.. We left the Taco Bell, still hungry and angry that I spent $30.00 for cold, inedible food. Buyer Beware....
Read moreI have to say.. I work near by and love Taco Bell, but i will drive out of the way to avoid this location. This is by far the worst location I’ve ever visited in my life in terms of ANY fast food chain. Ever. Every other Taco Bell has been a wonderful experience.
Let me start by saying I’ve given This location 3 attempts in terms of maybe it was an off situation. My last one was the worst. As I enter i hear what looks like the manager on duty , and 2 of the workers arguing loudly. Cursing at each other and calling each other “useless”, and threatening violence infront of the shocked onlooking guests. Using back to back profanities. Let me mention first , I’ve waited over 30 minutes for my food in each attempt. The first time , they asked me to leave the drive through , and park. That’s a no no, but I proceeded to do so because I was hungry. I later found out it was because the person had bad “window time”. I came in (from a mobile order) and turns out they actually forgot to make my order. The clerk gave me attitude as if it was my fault that I didn’t remind them… the 2nd attempt , heated arguing employees , once again skipped my order and worked the slowest I’ve ever seen because of their important conversation they were having, and the last was the same situation. Here’s the crazy part that shocks me ..
This Taco Bell needs to be shut down , and have a mass rehire because I’ve never seen anything so...
Read moreWhen i pulled in I initially thought that the inside was closed due to most of the lights off. But then after going through drive through, I was told that the drive through was closed and was asked to come inside. Ot was obvious that the lights were set to keep the least amount out people from coming in. Now anyone that knows this location knows it prime tourist area and to go from the drive through back to the main parking lot means going against the flow of traffic and then fighting people constantly walking in front of you as you try to pull out. Just seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen. So, once I get inside I order at the kiosk and not too worried about a wait being maybe a handful people waiting for food. Also glad I didn't order a drink because the fountain and condiment area was disgusting, and easily the biggest eye sore in the place. There was this guy walking around and wiping down the tables that are not only already clean, but no one looking to sit in them. Once he wiped down all the tables that wasn't close to someone waiting for their food, he walked behind the counter to refresh his sponge or towel in the mop bucket before going back and rewiping what he had just wiped down. I looked to see if I could find a supervisor. I saw that she the woman wearing big black frame glasses behind the counter staring at her phone the entire time I was there. At no point during the time i was there did anyone attempt to clean the fountain area, nor did the obvious shift lead notice or seem to care enough to look around to take care of anything. Place just reeked of people who not only don't care but don't need to be working there. Location is in too good of a spot to let employees...
