My family and I had planned a New Year’s Eve celebration at this venue, but it turned out to be a complete disaster. The planning was abysmal, and the DJ, who was also in charge of social media and text messages, was incredibly incompetent. When we asked him a question, he would respond by sending us pictures of the advertisement, which was misleading because it didn’t provide all the necessary information. He didn’t mention any additional fees beyond the $75 per ticket we had to pay.

The service was equally disappointing. We ordered our dinner at 10 p.m., but it arrived at 11:30 p.m. This was because we had threatened to leave and demand a refund, which they refused. We were a large group, and there were only two headbands and two hats that said “Happy New Year” available. When we asked for more, we were told, “You get what you see on the table!”

Some of us had to go to the bar to buy drinks because the only two servers were nowhere to be found. They only had premade drinks available. The Margarita I ordered was absolutely terrible.

It was incredibly disappointing to have planned a lovely evening with my family, only to have these issues arise. The staff seemed unprofessional and only seemed to care about making money. At the end of the night, we were handed a bill with fees and tips that they definitely didn’t deserve. We will not be returning...

With so many options to eat in Orlando and specially In the area were this restaurant is located I don't see why would anyone come back here. I came on a Saturday evening to eat with my family and the place was completely empty, however I was told that everything was reserved, but since I was just coming to eat with the family that they could help me out.

To start I had the street corn which were extremely disappointing. They tasted like pure mayo with nothing else.

The mango margarita was pretty tasty.

For dinner I ordered the steak tacos. They had no flavor and it was just unseasoned steak with pepper and melted cheese. The runner that brought it to us didn't even know they were tacos (because they don't look like it). Terrible. I told the server I didn't like it and nothing was done (even tho she said she asked the chef who she said he's Mexican and the chef itself said that I was right that those weren't real tacos).

My mom had the bandeja paisa which she also said it was just ok.

I’m not even sure where to start. My family and I decided to celebrate NYE here, and it turned out to be a complete disaster. From the service to the drinks and food, everything was disappointing. They clearly didn’t have enough staff, so we had to walk to the bar ourselves to order drinks, which was not only inconvenient but also unpleasant. The bar area was dirty, and to top it off, two margaritas cost $49—absolutely ridiculous!

As for the food, it was not worth the $75 price tag. The quality was subpar, and the presentation was poor. It was nothing like what we expected when we made a reservation for such an important occasion—the last day of the year. I was hoping for great service, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. I deeply regret spending my money here and will not be returning.

I really hope that next time they organize an event like this, they get their act together. It felt like they were more focused on taking money from customers than actually delivering a quality experience. I will definitely...
