Divina Carne Brazilian Steakhouse – A Five-Star Dining Experience in Orlando
Tonight, I had dinner in Orlando, Florida at Divina Carne Brazilian Steakhouse, the newest Brazilian steakhouse in the region. I chose this restaurant based on its overwhelmingly positive reviews and made a reservation for 6 PM. Let me just say—I was not disappointed.
From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting, elegant, and modern. The dining room set the perfect tone for what would become an unforgettable culinary experience.
The Food
The food was absolutely incredible. Each cut of meat was well-seasoned and served at the temperature of your choice. The food bar featured a vibrant spread of fresh vegetables, fruit, sushi, and even a unique pineapple-mint dish that was a refreshing treat.
But once the traditional Brazilian tour of meats began… wow. Every bite was savory perfection. One standout was the Brazilian fried cheese, which they served with three distinct sauces: • One that tasted peanut butter-based • A second that seemed fruit-based • And a third that was pure honey
Surprisingly, the cheese paired beautifully with all three.
The Drinks
The bar menu was excellent as well. I ordered their version of an Old Fashioned, called the New Fashion Whiskey—a creative twist that included coconut water and agave. It was absolutely spectacular.
The Service
As outstanding as the ambiance and food were, the service stole the show.
My server, Arthur, was a five out of five. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the dining experience. But Arthur wasn’t alone—several staff members checked on me throughout the evening. They were never intrusive, but always available.
One highlight was Pablo, whose entertaining demeanor made each meat offering feel like a performance. Another staff member, Camille, was happy to bring me a fresh dessert menu and walk me through the options—even though Arthur had already done the same earlier. (Did I mention how awesome the service was?)
Dessert
Though I debated between the cheesecake and the Petit Gateau with Caramel, I ultimately chose the latter. Before I even finished typing this review, it had arrived—beautifully presented with caramel drizzle, fresh fruit, and vanilla ice cream on the side.
The dessert was their Brazilian take on lava cake, and OMG—it was utterly amazing. The cake melted in my mouth, rich and flavorful, perfectly balanced by the ice cream and fruit.
I also learned that all of their desserts are made fresh to order, including papaya cream—a blend of fresh papaya, ice cream, and liqueur that I now plan to try on my next visit.
⸻
Final Verdict: I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have visited seven months after Divina Carne Brazilian Steakhouse opened—rather than seven months before. If you ever find yourself in the Orlando, Florida area, you owe it to yourself, your family, and anyone you care about to experience Divina Carne Brazilian Steakhouse.
A flawless meal. An unforgettable night. A new favorite...
Read moreIm giving 2 dtars because the meat was seasoned well....We have been patrons of Texas de Brazil for years and always been very happy with the place but today, I had the bright idea of taking my family to a much newer place called Divina Carne after seeing it had a 5 star rating. The amount of regret I now feel, is immeasurable. The big story here is the lack of food available. "Fresh" sushi bar was a whole line of empty dirty plates for the first 30 mins of our "experience". When it was FINALLY refilled, it was attacked by everyone of course because much like the rest of the cold bar which also was 60% empty for the duration of our meal. You can get much better sushi at Publix by far. One of the sushi items was like a shrimp (I think) wrapped in a piece of salami with some sort of sweet soy sauce and crunchies on top. Sashimi never made an appearance in the 90 mins we dined there. Jamon also sat out for display only and we never recieved ANY of that either. The meat runners were very few and far between and pushed a lot of chicken and sausage on ya when someone eventually would come by. When one of them did come by with some type of meat, it was extremely overcooked and only a couple scraps left. So they obviously hold back on the meat, and let you fill up on the few items that were available on the cold bar. The cheese cart that came by was not too bad flavor wise, but super dry and cold. The only good part about any of the meat was that someone actually knew how to season it properly in the back. When we asked for chimichurri we were told yes thay had it and they would bring some. After asking 3 times, we recieved a small rectangular dish with about 2 tablespoons of chimichurri and it just sucked. That is about the best thing I could say about our trip. We ordered fries for our 3 year old when we first sat down. We recieved them about 45 mins later after asking a random server, since ours was very hard to find the entire time we were there. A child lemonade was $5.50. So we paid $11 for 2 kid lemonades. The best part of our experience was probably the 2 cocktails we had which were $13 a piece but very tasty. When a women came over to ask how everything was, we told her and she started sending a bunch of people o er with meats. Too bad we had already eaten what scraps were available and not that hungry anymore. Our 7 year old ate about 3 slices of cucumber and a couple bites of rice. They didn't charge for her which took some of the sting away AND they gave us a coupon for $20 dollars off, but it was ONLY good for our next visit. We gave it to the table next to us since we will NEVER RETURN here again. Screwed us once, that's enough for us. Should have just gone to Texas de Brazil instead! We paid over $200 this evening for a bunch of hype!! I would recommend this place to no one. Thanks for ruining Mother's day for us guys. That part, you guys nailed...

An Unforgettable Dining Experience at DIVINA CARNE, Brazilian Steakhouse.
My recent visit to Divina Carne was nothing short of exceptional, and I can confidently say it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, setting the tone for the rest of the evening.
The service was impeccable. The servers were attentive, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They were constantly checking in without being intrusive, whether it was recommending a particular cut of meat or a perfectly paired side dish, their expertise enhanced our experience. It was clear that they were committed to making our meal memorable, anticipating our needs even before we had to ask.
But what truly set this restaurant apart were the gaucho chefs. These masters of the grill didn’t just prepare the food; they brought it to life. Each chef approached our table with different cuts of meat, expertly sliced to perfection right in front of us. They explained the preparation methods and origins of each cut, showcasing not only their culinary skill but also their passion for the craft. The variety of meats, from succulent picanha to tender lamb, was cooked to perfection and seasoned exquisitely, with each bite more flavorful than the last.
What I appreciated most was the personalized attention. If there was a cut or a specific meat we particularly enjoyed, the gaucho chefs ensured it made its way back to our table promptly. It was as if they were tailoring the experience just for us, which made the meal feel incredibly special.
