I never order online and when I do I arrive after I already recieved a text that my order was ready to pick up at 5:45pm. I'm there, tell the name I'm picking up for, the lady calls out to the guy making it. She tells me it will done soon. I wait. But, I tune into the guy making my food, mind you I'm 20+ years, food certified in the restaurant industry. So, I see him drop one of the "side boxes" with food in it, open, on the floor. Bends down, same gloves...never changed them picks the box up and puts it on the counter in front of him, and continues...so when I'm following him getting my choices in my order and putting them in the boxes I realize that he grabs all the boxes PLUS the one he dropped on the floor and stacks them together on the line. I ask the same lady that I approached in the beginning to pick up, if he was making my order? She stated he was. I said I want you to make my box over that one on the left in the corner he dropped it on the floor, opened, picked it up closed it and proceeded to use it in my order....that's f*$@ing nasty! And if you did that in front of one customer how many customers have you contaminated their food without knowledge of it happening. I still proceeded to wait and the lady moved him aside and made the rest of my order and I still didn't receive my order until 6:12. What happened to the text at 5:45 that my food was ready? Completely dissatisfied, will not come back they just turned me off to them. And this just happened...
Read moreI recently visited this establishment and had a very disappointing experience. I paid over $25 for two plates, which I expected would provide a satisfactory meal. However, the service and the food quality were far below what I had hoped for.
The server, Jenny, seemed disinterested and did not provide an adequate amount of the main items I had ordered. For instance, I only received 5 pieces of chicken, while the rest of the plate was filled with vegetables. Given the high price I paid, I expected a more generous portion of the primary protein.
Additionally, I was charged extra for certain items, which felt unfair and nickel-and-diming. The food portions were incredibly small, leaving me feeling unsatisfied and like I did not get my money's worth.
The overall service was poor, with the server appearing indifferent to my concerns. I expect better value and quality when paying a premium price for a meal. This establishment needs to reevaluate their portion sizes, pricing, and training for their service staff to provide a more positive dining experience.

Read moreI placed an online order for a family meal. I arrived at my pickup time and was informed they did not have one of the beef items that I ordered. No one contacted me to tell me this. I chose another entree and was told that it is a premium beef not available for my order. I ended up having to choose chicken for all three of my entrees. Why wasn’t I contacted prior to arriving? Why didn’t they make more? My pickup time was 8:15pm. Panda Express doesn’t close until 10:30 pm. Why wasn’t I given the only beef option they had prepared for this inconvenience even though it was a “premium” beef. On top of it all I was told in a matter of fact manner without the slightest hint of an apology for the inconvenience. Absolutely horrible customer service.
