I stopped by Teriyaki Madness for the first time, hoping for something quick but healthier than typical fast food. The place wasn’t busy—just a couple of people ahead of me, that had already ordered and was waiting for their food —but I quickly realized no one was acknowledging my presence, which hinted at a longer wait than expected. After patiently waiting, someone finally came to take my order. I asked for two protein bowls with fried rice, but I wasn’t asked about the size and ended up with large bowls by default. I suppose I looked like like a person who would order a large item. 😆 The to-go containers were sturdy, which was a nice touch. However, once I got to my car and started eating, the food was lukewarm at best, despite the long wait. The chicken and thinnly sliced beef was drizzled with teriyaki, but the rice wasn’t fried as expected—it was mushy, like steamed rice that had been sitting out. The veggies were warm and crisp, which was the only highlight. Teriyaki madness - where was the madness? Barely a drizzle over the top. Strange. While the meal looked decent, the taste and overall experience didn’t live up to the price. Between the lackluster service and the wait time, I’d have to give it two thumbs down. 👎 👎 I’m not sure I’d consider going back, nor would I recommend it. Disappointing overall.

I had been thrilled to find out there was a TMAD closer to me as the first one I'd been to was out in Pinellas in my hometown area. Unfortunately, I will not be going to this location again. The manager on duty was rude and short-mannered, making a point to tell us that there was no signal, went outside to text someone, then went back inside and resumed texting. The app states that there is wifi available for customers at this location, yet the manager refused to give the password to us upon request. The food, itself, was subpar; I've eaten at TMAD in the past, so I'm familiar with standards that are supposed to be met. The rice had the most flavor out of the teriyaki tofu bowl -- salt -- and the tofu barely had any flavoring whatsoever. The actual bottle of teriyaki sauce on the table was near empty. The tables hadn't been wiped down between customers, the floors were a mess, and to top it off I found a mystery ball of fibre wedged behind the napkin dispenser. Unsure of what happened between our first visit here and this second-and-final visit, but I do hope that things get straightened up for other patrons that wish to dine here so that they can experience a meal that meets TMAD standards.

First time here, and it was underwhelming. I'm giving a generous 3 stars for the food, only bc it tasted decent, minus the issue mentioned below. I ordered a steak bowl with all veggies. According to all the website & menu pics, the food should, at least, come to the top of the bowl. Mine did not and was only about 1/3 full of veggies, which I paid 1.89 extra for, and the mixture was at least 60% cabbage. The "steak" looked nothing like what's on the menu. It was very thin pieces of cheap beef, with a fair amt of inedible grizzle (not a pleasurable experience to pull out of your mouth whilst eating). I would never order the steak again unless I knew the product was changed for better quality & texture. Pics of the offensive grizzle are on the lid & the other pic is the bowl b4 I started eating. Had I not had a $2 coupon, I would've felt ripped off, if I'm honest. I don't mind paying for good food. But, for over $16 at menu price, for what I received, is terrible business. I'll decide whether I'll visit again, based on the restaurant's response, assuming there will be one... I've noticed the owner only responds to 5 star reviews and can't be bothered with those who had an issue.

I've never actually left a review for any establishment before, but was so taken aback by the treatment I received this evening, that I thought it needed to be shared. We eat at TM often. The food is always great. Tonight, I used TM's website to place an online order for curbside pickup, scheduled about an hour in advance so i could swing by after kids' sports practices. I provided my car details and paid gratuity. I then received both a text and an email asking me to let them know when I was on my way to the store. I did so via the link provided. I arrived about 5 minutes before the scheduled time and clicked another link to let them know I'd arrived. I received an automated confirmation that my food would be right out. 15 minutes later (10 minutes after the scheduled time), I called the store and again let them know I was there and asked for an estimate on when my order might be ready. I was told they'd check up front and be right out. To my surprise, a young woman emerged from the back and bagged up various items that had been sitting on the counter since before my arrival (I was parked right in front of the door), and brought them out to me. I thanked her but noted that the food had been sitting there an awfully long time, and I hoped it wasn't cold. The young women shrugged and said, "Yeah, sorry, we have trainees working up front tonight. I'm in the back." I simply said, "Well, you might want to make sure they are trained on how to handle curbside orders, especially when your system knew we were there waiting." The young woman replied, "Or you could just come inside." And walked away before I could respond. There is no way to complain other than calling the store itself, where she would likely answer again. So here I am like a disgruntled weirdo on Google. If the store isn't going to actually provide curbside service, they shouldn't offer the feature online, and they definitely should not be soliciting or accepting advance gratuities for a service they don't intend to provide. I had my young children in the car, so drove home. When we arrived, two of the four food containers were...

I came here a few days ago with my younger sister for her birthday because of how much she loves Teriyaki Madness. It was one of my first times ever going to one, and i was excited to try all of the food there. When we got there my expectations instantly went down - the line was crazy and there were many people waiting for their food in different places inside as well. I asked my sister if we could go somewhere else (we had a busy day planned for her birthday) but she insisted that we stayed in line and waited. After what seemed like hours we finally got to the counter and had our orders taken. At first the cashier seemed polite, but then the customer service instantly got worse. We had been waiting at the counter while he talked to a coworker about something definitely not work related. After taking our order he told us how long the wait would be, and told us to get out of line so he can take the next order. It was completely unbelievable, i was barely putting my card back into my wallet and i was being rushed to move. My sister and I had both gotten large drinks but they weren’t given to us until we went back up to the counter, asked, and then showed our receipt. When we finally got our food I thought that maybe all of the waiting and dealing with the food had payed off, but my expectations were instantly shut down once again. I had ordered noodles, and my noodles were not there. My sister told me her chicken tasted weird, and when I took a bite it was very greasy and tasted very oddly for a piece of chicken. Those were just some of the worse experiences and there are even more to share, but this review is already long...

Same thing the last three times. Kids running the place and not focused on job and ignoring customers. Today opened at 1112 and clearly just walked in and said they had to light the grill or fryer and it would be 15-20 minutes. Another Brevard county restaurant that is great everywhere else but we manage to ruin it by letting kids run it. Then we will wonder how it went out of business. If you own the franchise be there!! Have watched this pattern for twenty years. These places thrive outside of Brevard. Needless to say we left and are done with this place which is sad because it good.I know a dozen people that were one and done and did not leave reviews because it never changes. In the negative reviews saying we will take it under consideration is not service recovery and no one thinks it will change anything. Owner you need to be there daily to fix issues there since opening.

Tried again today even though as I predicted got the old we will take your feedback seriously response to first review. That’s not service recovery that means nothing will change. Almost hit it home today. They opened on time and greeted me when we came in. Food didn’t take long. Right up until I asked about the sauce for the potstickers and he said oh we don’t have any so I threw a sweet and sour pack in. Why couldn’t he have said that up front. This is 101 customer service stuff. We love that sauce and it makes a difference. So a lot better than yesterday but that bar was low. Cop out of a response to me and to everyone that has had negative feedback so I guess the owner is the issue. Gotta care if you open...
