Cold brew coffee came out first -- crisp, pleasant, and refreshing! Well made with a good bite of bitterness without being overpowering or too weak. Carrot cake and pecan pancakes came out next with the tacos al pastor hash in tow ... and BOY did they both look aMAYYYYYYziiiiiing! Pancakes were hot and fresh with just the right amount of sweetness to them and the syrup (house recipe?) tastes just right - not sickeningly sweet or fake. Great meal! The al pastor hash was an amazing "breakfast fajitas" kind of dish that really hit the spot! The cotija cheese and crema sauce really added a lot to the stellar pork -- and what was that awesome sauce it was in? That rocked! Ooh, and those pineapple chunks? That was a nice touch! It brought some great brightness to the dish. The only thing it needed was maybe just one more slice of avocado. (There were three in the picture, but only two on my plate.) Next, they brought out a "shareable" (appetizer) of their seasonal "million dollar bacon." Worth a million bucks? Debatable. But was it delicious? Unquestionably! It's bacon!! What's not to love? :D Finally, a quick shout out to our server, Daphne, who provided outstanding customer service for us today! This was an amazing experience that I look forward to having again!

September 2022 Update: I’ve been coming here with friends since 2018 and not once had a problem. However, I went for brunch today and was very disappointed. We ordered Brisket corned beef hash and the brisket was dry, eggs were watery, and sweet potatoes were burnt. My brother didn’t want to complain cause he was just hungry. I ordered a Traditional breakfast and when I ordered it, I wasn’t even done speaking and our server already took the menu away and hurriedly put the order in. My food came out and dude the bacon was very oily and hard. The eggs were put on the side?? I asked for over easy, but there was so much water like it was some kind of soup. Also, kale tonic tasted like straight up sugar water. They’re so packed nowadays and food hasn’t been tasting right lately. I came in last August too and our server was very nice and patient, but the food was kinda burnt. Not worth the time and money anymore. 2018: One of my favorite breakfast/brunch restaurant. They have a variety of food to choose from and I love their Kale tonic juice! Fast and friendly service too!

🥚☀️Delicious Brunch!☀️🥚 No matter what time I walk into a First Watch, it's busy. That's an indicator of its popularity, and one bite of the food quickly explains why. I know I can expect friendly service, a warm atmosphere, and fresh-made favorites from the kitchen. I enjoy reading a book or doing a bit of work on my laptop while waiting on my meal to arrive. The atmosphere is quite conducive to getting the creative juices in gear. 🍳Morning Market Veg Omelet - Everything you could find for sale at an open-air vegetable stand, cooked and served into a fluffy omelet (roasted zucchini, Crimini mushrooms, shallots, kale, and tomatoes with Goat cheese and fresh herbs). 🍹Pomegranate Pear Punch - A fall-fresh menu item, this beverage arrives icy cold. It's glazed with cane sugar and refreshingly sweet. While this location was out of the Butternut Squash Bisque I requested, my waitress Leah was very accommodating and ensured my meal arrived quickly. I felt very welcomed and enjoyed myself throughout the experience. I'll definitely be back for more!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing breakfast at First Watch, and I can confidently say it's become my new favorite morning spot. From the moment I walked in, the vibrant and welcoming atmosphere set the stage for a delightful breakfast experience.

The staff at First Watch are not just efficient but also incredibly friendly, creating a warm and inviting environment. They made sure I felt right at home and were attentive without being intrusive, enhancing the overall dining experience.

Now, let's talk about the star of the show – the food. First Watch boasts an impressive breakfast menu that caters to a variety of tastes and dietary preferences. I opted for their signature dish, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The freshness of the ingredients was evident, and the flavors were a harmonious blend that left my taste buds dancing with joy.

What sets First Watch apart is their commitment to using high-quality, wholesome ingredients. The menu features a range of creative and health-conscious options without compromising on taste. Whether you're a fan of classic breakfast staples or looking for something a bit more adventurous, First Watch has you covered.

The coffee at First Watch deserves a special mention. It was the perfect accompaniment to my meal – rich, flavorful, and served piping hot. The attention to detail in every aspect of the dining experience, from the food to the beverages, truly makes First Watch stand out as a breakfast haven.

The restaurant's clean and contemporary design adds to the overall appeal. It's an ideal place for a leisurely breakfast with friends, a family outing, or even a solo brunch date. The prompt service and efficient kitchen operations ensure that you get to start your day on a positive note.

In conclusion, if you're in search of a breakfast haven that combines exceptional food, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere, look no further than First Watch. I wholeheartedly recommend it to fellow breakfast enthusiasts, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit to indulge in more of their delicious offerings. First Watch, you've...

I have eaten at this establishment four times. Great location and very nice atmosphere inside. Each of these times I’ve had basically the same experience. The waitstaff and kitchen look unhappy, and basically checked out. Hard to watch. Today’s server was the most pleasant one I have ever experienced there. No issue today with our server. He was great. I ordered the trifecta, eggs over medium and a waffle and bacon. Both of my eggs were completely broken with yolk all over my plate, all over the other food, the egg was runny didn’t even looked cooked let alone medium. Waffle was freezing cold and the bacon was overdone, cracked and cold. The other three meals I’ve had here were also served very cold. Butter won’t melt. Eggs and bacon all messed up. I can’t understand how a breakfast and brunch place can serve customers broken eggs, cold waffles/pancakes bacon that’s hard and cold? Our server offered to correct the situation by giving me a $5 coupon off my bill today and offered to replace my plate to go. However, I did decline as I didn’t want a breakfast to go I wanted to sit and have a nice meal. I will not be doing any more business there and i will share my experience with others. People work hard and times are tough and not everyone can go enjoy breakfast at this lovely establishment with their cool modern menu bc it does cost money. When such a cool place can’t get the basics right I can’t keep being a regular customer unfortunately. Ruined my day today. Wish I could love it here like most people do. Thank you for allowing me to share...

Today I went for the second time to have lunch at First Watch. I sat outside with my husband and with us our dog. The first time we went there was no question about the dog being with us. In fact they were very complementary and offered my dog a bowl of water. We had a great lunch. Today we went again expecting the same service. This time they cleaned the table brought us silverware and the menu. We were ready to order when one of the employees who I thought was there to take our ordered asked if the dog was a service dog. I replied honestly and said no. We were asked to leave for policy purpose. I explained that I had been there a week ago with the dog and that was not the case back then. Before I even sit down in a restaurant with outside tables the first thing I do is ask if dogs are allowed. If so we sit down. Today I didn’t ask because there was no problem the week before. As a dog owner I completely understand that some restaurant don’t allow them. However, more than often we have found that they are allowed if sitting outside. What bothered me today is the inconsistency of employees not knowing the policies and what is O.K. one day is not the other. Make sure all employees are on the same page. Don’t wait to start serving the costumers and then ask them to leave. We left and had lunch once again in Panera and policies continue to be the same and dogs continue to be allowed in the outside patio. Just informing so no other dog owner has to go...
