I wanted to love it. Parking was easy and the interior is very exotic. The food was beautifully presented and the servers were attentive. The issue was the food. For an appetizer, we ordered the Samosas. You get six and they were made in rice paper; they were hot and very crunchy, but the issue was the filling. It could have been delicious, but was totally unseasoned. It really need salt and pepper. My friend ordered the Bangkok Chicken. It was chicken cooked in a lovely sweet and spicy sauce, with a very nice heat. It would have been delicious, but it was overcooked and chewy. I ordered the Phad Panang. Now it is listed on the spicy menu and it is a yellow curry, which has some spice built in. However. the server said they could ensure it was level 1 - 3 out of 10 by not adding any additional spice or Thai chilis. Since this would be my maximum heat, I agreed. It was a lovely yellow, fragrant curry with beef, green beans, peas, red peppers and green peppers. Their heat was too much for me. My friend who eats spicy food said she would put it at a 5 or a 6 spice level. At any rate, it took me 3 glasses of water to get through 1/3 of the bowl. Which was too bad, because it tasted really good. Both of our dinners came with an ample serving of jasmine rice, which was good. Dinner, without drinks, was $54 plus tip. We will try Thai Thani Thai again. There are many things I liked about the restaurant and they have many dishes. I feel certain we can find one that works for us.

I was traveling from Orlando Airport to Tampa and I was feeling hungry. I searched around me for the restaurant and in the recommendation came Thai Thani Thai Restaurant. Seeing the reviews I decided to have dinner at Thai Thani. The restaurant is beautifully decorated giving the feels that you are in Thailand as it has God idols decorated in the restaurant. The atmosphere was positive. Being the Friday night, the restaurant was almost full and I had to wait for 10-15 minutes to get seated. When I got seated on the table I was greeted by the server Sawai with menu and water. They also have an open bar serving beer, wine and different type of hard drinks. After browsing through the menu I decided to order Samosa Majestique, Chicken Red Curry, Chicken Pad Thai and for desert I ordered Sweet Sticky Rice w/ Mango. The service was good and first I got Samosa Majestique. The samosa was delicious and I loved it. It was almost similar like Indian Samosa. After finishing up the appetizer I got Red Curry and Pad Thai. The red curry was delicious and I loved the red curry. It was delicious and loved the creamy flavor. The pad thai was okay. It could have been better. It seemed like it was prepared days before. Then i got my appetizer which was delicious and I loved the sweet sticky rice with mango. It was just delicious. Apart from Pad Thai, the experience was amazing and along with food I loved the decor of restaurant.

We were on a pleasure visit to Florida and usually on travel trips I don’t expect much from restaurants. We picked this restaurant for dinner as it had good reviews, good atmosphere and was close to our hotel. First of all the atmosphere is awesome, like ten on ten. The service was not bad as well. Now let’s talk about the real thing i.e. food. We ordered starter sampler, hot n sour soup, thai soup and pad thai. Me and wifey ordered double delight. We really liked double delight, with one extra jasmine rice. It’s enough for two. The pad thai was on ok side so was sampler starter. Thai noodle were really blend, kids didn’t ate half of it. So overall food flavor was just on OK side. Also the thing that threw me off is when restaurants charge mandatory service charge. I am so against this white collar money stealing from customers. Not cool at all. I paid twenty five dollars almost for a one thirty dollar bill. Flavor - No Star - 6 / 10 Authenticity of Flavor - Star - 7 / 10 Cleanliness - Star - 8 / 10 Service - Star - 7 / 10 Value for Money - No Star - 4 / 10 Suggestion for owner: You have a amazing place and ambience, the food flavor is not doing justice to the location and expectations. Also the mandatory service charge is realy unfair. Suggestion for customer: The place is amazing, just be ready for the extra bucks for service charge. Above format would be best to justify my review so i will hopefully continue to keep this for all my next reviews.

We tried this place based on the reviews, we love to eat spicy at Thai restaurants. We travel to Orlando frequently and this place had high expectations due to the obtaining a authentic Thai food award on the door. The server was a great guy and still new and we can tell they were short staffed which didn’t bothered us since it was a steady flow. We ordered Kanah Moo Krob comes with fried rice, chicken dumpling, beef phad thai totaled to about $54 before tip. The chicken dumpling was pre made shu mai from dim sum. We eat at dim sum a lot in Orlando and this tastes just like it. Kanah Moo Krob was Chinese broccoli stir fry with pork, the pork - seems like it was roasted pork, but hubby said it was old pork from the night before because it was hard chewing the pork like it was pork jerky. Fried rice was good but it could have been better with some basil. Beef phad Thai was ok, we have 4-5 different Thai restaurants in our home town and they have better pad Thai than this dish. This dish was bland, not spicy, and missing tamarind flavor, with a bit of chili sauce. We had to add a lot of sriracha sauce to make it somewhat better. But missing peanuts, scallions, and tamarind sauce doesn’t make this a complete pad thai dish. Bonus points: they have Vegan dishes: I would have order tofu, but my family doesn’t like tofu.

I LOVE this place. Myself, family and friends have been coming here for years, and have never run into a problem with the wonderful service. The food has never disappointed. Their menu is filled with a great variety of Thai specialties. Additionally, the restaurant is one of 3 Asian-themed restaurants within the strip mall. They are all connected. You can go to any of the restaurants and request a menu from one of the others. This gives you massive selections to choose from. I love the atmosphere with the Asian/Thai themed artwork and statues. My reason for not giving it five stars - there’s some upgrading and cleaning that needs to be done. As a big fan of the restaurant, I really feel it’s time this gets done. The bathrooms need renovation, and they need to remove the excess items that are sitting in the hallway near the bathrooms. It downgrades the quality and value the restaurant offers - they need to find a better way to store these items. It looks messy and junky. There’s also areas within the main dining room that need dusting and renovation. With that said, the fantastic/tasteful decor, wonderful service and delicious food are keeping me from giving it anything less than four stars. It is a fabulous establishment.

What can I say about Thai Thani Thai Restaurant? It is great, tasteful, authentic, accommodating to requests, full of booths and regular tables, and special rooms for groups. It has the best thai curry dishes in town, especially my favorite, the panang curry. They also let you get the steamed rice noodles with the curry dishes as well. The thai tea is really good and a good size. The dessert options are out of this world and they do offer a wide array of sweets to indulge on. Our favorite is and always will be the sweet sticky rice. My wife gets it with mango and I get it with the coconut ice cream and peanuts. They are different but still taste amazing in their own way. The staff is friendly and take their time to explain certain dishes and make recommendation, which is something that speaks tons about how much they want you to explore the flavors of Thailand through the food by encouraging you to try something new. The memorabilia is great too. It's comprised of furniture and artwork from Thailand, which is, guess what, all available for sale. Another tip, before you go, give them a call to see if they can reserve a table or a booth, especially, on busy nights, as 9 times out of 10 they can make it happen. GO NOW!!!
