Terrible customer service we went in towards the end of June beginning of July. We live in Ohio so buying Fudge and driving it back home just wasn't an option so instead we spent over 100 dollars ordered online to have it shipped to our house. Well a couple months later still nothing so I called and was told they were having a hard time finding workers. So I said ok we can be patient. Another month passes still nothing. I called he said there was an issue with the ordering system and I said ok well at this point can I just get a refund? I mean we are going on 4 months of waiting for fudge. He said sure send me your order number I will get you a refund. I followed up 3 weeks later as I still had not received a refund. He said he would look into it and call me back. As I write this review (December 23), I have not received a refund and when I call my phone calls are not answered or returned. If I could give a 0 star review I would. I am looking into taking legal action at this point because I have exhausted all...
Read moreBotox infused woman working the counter EXTREMELY rude. Was bothered by the fact I asked if anything the store offered was dairy or nut free as my child has anaphylaxis and requires an epipen. Rude-Botox infused woman working there didn’t want to answer my question and gave a vague nod of the head. At first maybe thought that all that Botox was interfering with her facial expressions? So I decided to leave and let her know her response was not very nice, and she told us we could just take our money elsewhere. After that comment, realized that it wasn’t the Botox, and unfortunately Botox won’t fix that attitude. Customer service doesn’t exist there neither does basic humanness. Maybe try being nicer and you wouldn’t need all that Botox! Turn that frown upside down and try being nice since you are in the business of servicing people! I hope Rude Botox woman reads this and makes a change! Kindness...
Read moreWe were so excited to go here, but it wasn't quite what we had hoped it would be. They had a fun selection for nostalgic browsing, but everything seemed like it had been sitting on the shelves awhile. The saltwater taffy selection was minimal, not well stocked, and the pieces that were there were sticky (even wrapped) and just not what you'd want to buy. Was really excited to check out the fudge, but you could only buy a slab or half slab. So unless you're willing to spend $20+ on a fudge chunk you don't even know if you'll like, you're out of luck. It's a shame because it really looked amazing, all the handmade treats did! But they are just very overpriced, even for Siesta Key. This place could be really great, it just needs to be a little brighter and fresher overall, and maybe offer some reasonably sized and...
