Wawa — Restaurant in Florida

Love the gobbler bowl but get a runaround when I request extra gravy. I'll pay for it! They act like it's hard to do...JUST PUT MORE GRAVY, please! Also...can't order through the app...their app doesn't work...so inconvenient... I gotta go into the store and order and wait, which isn't convenient for me...and on top of it, they call the pickup for the order with a whisper, it's sitting on the counter, getting cold. I ordered 4 gobbler bowls and an order of garlic knots, they didn't put it in a bag, I'm supposed to figure out how to pick all of it up to go. The people behind the counter look at you like they'd just as soon wipe you off the bottom of their shoe as talk to you. I politely asked for a bag to carry my order and I couldn't even hear the rude girl behind the corner, but she gestured to me the way you would shoo a fly at a picnic. Someone told me you "don't get a BAG unless you ORDER THROUGH THE APP"....WHAT?!?!?! Someone making some stupid decisions here. I'd LOVE to order through the app, BUT YOUR APP ISN'T WORKING PROPERLY!!! I'm done. I'll make my own gobbler bowl at home for half the cost they're charging, and I'll smile and thank myself for my business, cuz these days, we're all paying DOUBLE a fair price for EVERYTHING and getting treated like we're LUCKY to get service AT...

I come here almost every night at least every week. But today made me not want to come back. I'll go to a different location if I really desire Wawa's anymore. I got a quesadilla with banana peppers and extra cheese today. It had jalapenos instead of banana peppers and maybe two slices of cheese total. Not a big deal, but I wanted the extra cheese because I payed for it. When I told the employees about the quesadilla made wrong. I got nothing but attitude and rude facial expressions and told she is training. Not a "I'm sorry she's new and training I'll be glad to remake it for you". The lady in charge did remake it. But it was a disappointment the second time around as well. Hardly cooked. But hey I got the cheese this time... I wasn't about to ask for anymore help considering the attitude the first time. Went into this wawa on Sunday and paid for my gas and coffee. I've always been told going inside to pay for gas is safer but I guess not because I got a phone call from my bank later that day saying my debit card had been compromised at that location and someone charged 2 $100 charges to my account only 20mins after my initial purchase. On top of those 2 charges 3 additional ones had been made the same day all before the bank could get ahold of me. I'm now -$500 in my bank account until this gets fixed and it all stemmed from the only purchase I made that day which was my gas purchase. I'm beyond upset and have no way of purchasing Christmas presents now due to this whole situation. You have chip reader machines for a reason yet you refuse to activate the chip reader and I'm fully convinced it's because I had to swipe my card that it was hacked. I will no longer be going to wawa unless I have cash because I no longer feel like their debit/credit...
