Sleepy service, poor food quality, and when we asked why it was like this they stated that their kitchen was backed up, Waited 24 minutes for our meals and we were met with a guilt trip, rolled eyes, and heavy sighs.!! I Asked after 20 minutes of waiting when our meals were going to be ready, I was told by Kaila that they were cooking the chicken fresh and would be ready in 3 minutes. She is a Extremely disrespectful women her name is Kaila who is spanish with curly hair who berated me by telling me that i had just gotten to the window i need to give them time to prepare the food or leave and then turned to a women and started speaking spanish in which they both looked at me and LAUGHED in my FACE. Once we finally received all our meals, they were cold, I'm not sure what their definition of fresh is, but it definitely isn't what I received. I would not recommend going to this store!!!! Also, ALL staff were extremely rude. Except the young lady Myone who helped me received my food which she seemed to be new or training and Kaila seemed to be above and i say that cause she was telling her what to do! she was treating her so horrible saying that she wasn’t going to get a break because she dropped a few cups, the kaila lady was so rude and dehumanizing to me and other staff! Food was dry and not cooked well and my friend found hair in her food. It was a busy night I get it, but worst service I have ever experienced. Go ANYWHERE else. Awful. Service from start to finish. Everyone who works there acts like they would rather be somewhere else instead. It shows in both the service and the food. You will never see me eat here again.
The way the Drive thru and parking is set up is very confusing, also any other Chick-Fil-a would treat you with great service!
I will be filing a complaint with BBB for the business and the employees Derek and kaila whom both seem to have a...
Read moreSorry, but this CFA needs management/an owner that cares more about the customer over profits. We had a party of seven. My wife ordered me a cup of soup, then immediately said, "No, let me make it a bowl." Reiterated "a bowl of soup" to be sure he heard. Everyone else ordered combos. When they brought the order only had a cup. We told the waiter, "it was supposed to be a bowl." We looked at the receipt and it said cup. The guy said, "do you want to buy a bowl?" I'm not looking for "free food" but every other CFA, when a mistake is made, sides with the customer. I said forget it, and he walked off.
Anyways, my adult daughter came back from the restroom at this time and noticed she didn't have a drink. She went up to the counter and said, "I ordered a combo and didn't get a drink." Pointing to the large table. They said, "Can we see your receipt?" Made her walk back to get the receipt to show them that, indeed, she had .
Really? We're spending over $85 on this fastfood meal. I've got better things to do than try to stiff them out of a $2-$3 drink!!
My daughter said while she was standing there, a guy ordered a coke, then said, "let me make that a tea instead" The worker scooped some ice into a cup, then started to fill it with soda. The guy said, "wait, it was supposed to be a tea." The boy stopped, but then went to the register to read the order instead of what the guy was saying right there in front of him. The price of soda and tea are the same, for a given cup size. So what does it matter if it was on the monitor already?
My advice: be sure to get a receipt here. Because their #1 concern here seems to be the "almighty dollar" over...
Read moreI have never been so disappointed in Chick-fil-A. I had made a mobile order (I told the app to get the nearest store), arrived at the curbside and put in my parking space number. I waited patiently for over 10 minutes as I saw other cars coming and going as they were served their curbside. At no time did a crew member approach me to see about my order and it was obvious that I had been there for a bit. After 20 minutes, I got out of my car and went to the window at the drive up. The manager on duty looked for my order then asked to see my app. He said “oh, that’s the other store on this road. You will have to try calling them, have the order cancelled and then try ordering it here”. My response was that I trusted the app to guide me to the nearest store (the other store is blatantly far away) and asked if he could just honor it and send me on my way. He refused and told me that I had to call the other store, cancel it and reorder it at his store. By this time, I had been at work for over 12 hours, outside, and I was coughing my head off. I absolutely had no desire to go through all of that. I asked again if he would honor my order and again he refused and told me again to call the other store … well you know the rest. I left with nothing. Came home, ate nothing because I didn’t have the energy to do anything else and went to bed. Oh and by the way … the order that I asked him to honor was a medium fry. That’s it! A medium fry! I waited over 20 minutes, had to talk to the manager outside the drive thru window and left with nothing … all over...
