After giving this place several chances, I'm giving up on this location - will not come back. The meme, "wants $15 an hour, can't remember my fries" doesn't even come close to my experience tonight. More like can't remember half my order.
First. did not get a receipt back with my credit card or in the bag. So I've got no physical proof of what I paid for or what they owe me.
We were literally the only car in the line at 10:15pm (at this time there are no customers inside as they are only drive through after 10. So we are literally the only customer.
I ordered a full-size salad, a medium tea, a single with cheese, two 6 piece chicken nuggets, and chilly cheese fries.
The lady hands us the salad and a bag and then says have a nice night.
Now sadly we've been burned enough times to know to not pull away until we've checked the bag. I didn't need to inspect the bag to know that we were missing the drink. But inside the bag we were also missing one of the 6 piece chicken nuggets and the chilly cheese fries.
We then sit there and wait for her to return to the window while she starts to take the order of the new car behind us that just pulled up.
She comes to the window and very rudely asks us what we're waiting on.
We explain that we're missing 6 piece chicken nuggets, chilly cheese fries, and our drink.
The lady told us that we ordered a 4 and a 6 and that they were combined into one like a 10 piece and we needed to count. - We counted, still just 6 pieces. And now I don't have a receipt to know if I got charged for a 6 and 4 or two 6 piece like I ordered.
They bring us the chilly cheese fries and a 4 piece and insincerely apologize. If you're following you'll notice that we're still missing the medium drink.
So we wait for them to come back to the window - again. This time they ask us to pull forward to wait for our drink. So we pull forward and after about a full minute or two someone brings out a small drink. We explained that we had ordered a medium and wait for them to go back and get the medium we paid for.
To top things off, despite ordering a full size taco salad they gave us a small chilly instead of the medium you're supposed to get. And all of the food was cold. I mean cold, the meat on the single with cheese was cold to the touch. So we drove home to re-heat our "fast-food" in the oven. And when I took the burger out of the sandwich to re-heat it, I noticed the cheese slice it had looked like someone took a bite out of it. There were two large chunks of the cheese slice missing - one big enough and round enough to be a bite. (and I couldn't find the rest of the cheese on the bun, lettuce or wrapper - it was just missing)
So that's it for me. I used to like wendy's, I've had better experiences in Georgia and at the ones in Dunnellon and Inverness, but this one. I'm never coming back to...
Read moreSo. Anytime I have to deliver food from this location, it's always wrong. There's always something missing. I went myself with my husband and son the other night. We ordered bacon cheddar burger plain large meal, and a bourbon bacon no onion large meal.... the person at the window was having a hard time understanding this..
We get the order after 20 minutes. It's wrong. Both sandwiches are not plain and the fries are medium. Drinks are great. Ok. No problem. These things happen. I go back around and wait in line at the drive thru for another 15 minutes (this location is closed inside and for some reason they are accepting orders 1 at a time, waiting for one customer to fully pay and receive their food before allowing the next person to order) and let them know my order is wrong.. They apologize and offer me free fries and drinks. I say no thanks, it's all good. I go back and wait for the remake to come out for about another 8 minutes.. Another employee says they're going to stand there while I check it. Cool. The first sandwich I open, is a chicken sandwich of some sort. And the next one I open is a burger with what looks like coleslaw (probably wasn't) under the top bun. They tell me at this point that theyre out of cheddar buns.. I look at the employee..
I hand them the bag.. They leave and come back out 10 minutes later and hand me another bag. This bag has 3 me fries on top and 2 sandwiches. I say thank you. They leave and go back inside. I open the first sandwich .. it is a Jr bacon cheese burger on one of their premium buns. BUT IT WAS PLAIN!! And also the correct type of meat, So.. that's some progress. The. Urban bacon had 1 piece of bacon.. 2 Jr Patty's, and drenched in bourbon sauce. It looked disgusting. I go back through the drive thru and the person on the window wants to know "what's wrong with it now"
I tell them and ask for a refund. We don't even want the food at this point and this is absurd.
They hand me more than I paid.. I give them their over payment plus drink cost back to them, as we did drink all of the drinks lol.
This Wendy's is absolutely a hot mess. As I said....

It was lunchtime and I went in to place an order and low and behold there was a line almost to the door of people waiting to order, meanwhile NO ONE AT THE REGISTER taking orders. I watched the Drive thru move very fast....because they had 3 people taking care of the drive thru but no one waiting on customers in line. I tried to use their app to order but the app would not work. Finally after standing in line for 15 minutes I finally got to the register, I asked to see a manager. This red haired lady came to me and asked what I needed...I asked her one simple question, why does the drive thru take precedence over customer who get out of their car and come in to the restaurant...she proceeded to try to give me a line of bull by saying...."most people think that coming in will be quicker" I looked at her and said "you have no one at the counter taking orders....so I want to know why the drive thru gets the utmost attention and us customers inside do not?". She began belittling me and was saying "don't put my kids down, my workers are working hard" I said "I was not saying anything about your workers, I see they are all working real hard but with no direction from management" I then asked her name and she replied "You don't need my name". I asked if she was the manager and she said "no" he is outside. I went to speak with the manager and told him what had happened, and I asked why the drive thru gets the attention and not inside customers, he replied that they are "rated" on how fast they get drive thru orders served. So I said then you really don't care about your customers that actually walk in to place an order and he said nothing....I will never, ever go to this Wendys again. Just remember this in your future visits...they don't care about you as a customer if you go in to order and with spending $10.00 for a hamburger meal I would rather spend my money where I know I am appreciated and at this location...
