Wendy's — Restaurant in Florida

The manager was on the register. They are pretty quick. The lady that was working on the Frosty’s in the beverages was complaining out loud about how many Frostie she was doing saying that it was frosty day that she’s going to break the frosty machine going to say it’s out of service being very loud and rude as if it is not an open kitchen literally, everyone is looking at her, causing a scene making the beverages and Frosty’s the food came out before she even portioned the beverage. The food was literally done within one minute as I was asking for a ketchup and barbecue. The guy dropped the whole burger on the floor with the foil and still put it in a bag to serve to the next guest. How unsanitary is that the worst part is the Manager in the baby blue shirt is laughing at everything allowing it to continue. What kind of supervision is that? Also, the burger patties are not seasoned. They were fresh but no seasoning. The fries ice cold. Soda had gas but no syrup this was 3 PM today and $16.00 for...

This was the airport location in Concourse D on the south end going to Gate 2. Ordered a classic chicken sandwich combo with extra tomatoes and wanted the combo in a small. The cashier told me I'm a large girl so a medium is fine and she put it in as medium and charged for the extra tomatoes (that was ok). The order came and she handed me a medium drink. Checked the sandwich and there were no tomatoes. Then the cashier tells me again I gave you a medium because you're a large girl. At this time I am more than annoyed and ask for a refund of the difference and the extra charge for the tomatoes. She didn't know how you complete the refund and apparently neither did the crew shift manager. They ended up giving me tomatoes on the side and I walked away after waiting more than 7 minutes while they tried to figure out the refund. Regardless if I drive or take ride share I will stop and buy food on the way to airport to avoid incompetent and disrespectful employees. Not at all worth the...

Ordered two bacon deluxe burger combos. Waitress (Timisha B., receipt 2974, Sept 22 9:57AM) was very uninterested, with one hand operating the register and her head leaning on the other one, she took our order. Not even a hello or welcome to Wendy's.

Burgers we got were small burgers, not the bacon deluxe, so brought them back, to get the right one's. They just opened the small burger packages I got earlier and put some bacon, patty and rest of ingredients on them. Then let them cool off for three minutes more... When I asked for my burgers, they just ignored me.

Fries were extremely salty...

When waitress got to take order from other customer (airplane pilot), she just complained about her work as in "every day, all day long...".

When no customers at counter, in stead of cleaning up (it was messy!), she just went on leaning on her hand, doing nothing!
