We placed a mobile order and swung by the drive-thru for a quick bite. Our order was pretty straightforward: two servings of chili cheese fries, some nuggets, a cup of water, and a vanilla and chocolate Frosty.
The first red flag was when they handed us the Frostys. The cup of vanilla Frosty looked suspiciously half full, almost like they were hoping we wouldn't notice. We pointed it out, but it was a bit disappointing that they didn't mention they were running low on the vanilla Frosty. It felt like they were trying to slide by without saying anything.
Then came the second red flag: they mentioned that the cheese needed for the chili cheese fries would take a whopping eight minutes to thaw out in the microwave. We were asked to pull forward, which was fine since we weren't in a rush and wanted our order done right.
After what felt like forever, they brought out our food. We quickly checked the bag in the dimly lit evening and saw the nuggets and what looked like two orders of chili cheese fries. But, surprise, surprise! When I finally got home, a good 20 minutes away from Wendy's, there was no chili on those chili cheese fries. Just cheese! This was after an additional eight-minute wait for the cheese to thaw. How do you mess up like that when you had extra time to double-check the order?
This experience was incredibly frustrating. After waiting patiently and giving them extra time to get our order right, we ended up with an incomplete meal. The whole point of ordering chili cheese fries is to have both chili and cheese, not just cheese. It was a huge letdown, especially after the long drive home.
To add to the frustration, we had already paid for the full order through the mobile app, expecting to receive what we paid for. It's disappointing that the staff didn't take the time to ensure our order was correct, even after the extended wait.
It was the deceitfulness and lack of attention to the order for me. I understand that people may have had a hard day, but I suffered and lost money as a consequence. Gas is too high to make the drive back, and inflation is out of control to waste money on an order that I didn't receive. Please do better.
I hope this feedback helps improve the service quality at this location. Customers deserve to receive what they order, especially when they have to wait extra...

If you have picky kids you know...they eat what they like and not what they dont....and she was too timid to say anything. We were dining in and packed togo...didnt give me cup and once asked told me to serve myself as I was not aware it was self service. ...Soooo before all that mess. We entered to a graveyard they call a pos station where two of the three were not functioning...after spending 10-15 minutes entering my order on the two broken ones I went to counter and said can I just put order in here please those are not working. Of course no customer service here so she said no you have to go over there and key your order...so she knew which one worked and went to it right away. Why did t they young girl with dark hair and tan skin say something when she seen me at the broken ones. Rediculous...that's when she made me aware "oh, we don't have and register over there so you have to do it here." So I went to do it again and still had to key it in twice bc pos machine was not working and lagging hard. Do yourself a favor and drive to Mandarin location if you really have to have Wendy's. Dylan Jaques General Maager needs to be fired or replaced as his store runs like a flat tire in mud. What I think is the manager tried but said sorry this location is out of things all the time. Read moreI am not one to complain or write reviews, but today what I experienced with this Wendy’s was so upsetting that it has lead me to do this. On top of that, I’ll be calling in the morning to talk to another manager. I know people have their days and we’re all humans but to find out by an employee when I asked for information that this behavior of that particular person is a normal behavior, I was like oh no!! This so-called manager from the very beginning that me and my daughters entered the dining room to order gave us a look like “seriously I am cleaning and you guys are coming in to dirty.” First the dining area closes at 10 and it was 8:45, secondly, my daughters and I are grown and clean, so you didn’t have to worry….Adonica (yes that’s her name)! There was no need whatsoever to be slamming those metal chairs on to the floor, making all those extremely loud noises!! I seriously thought she was about to break the floor! If the owner is reading this, please playback video (March 26 at around 8:52pm oh I have it jotted down). My daughter was watching her actions the whole time while we were at the touchscreen placing order and when an employee even asked her why is she bringing down the chairs and she then pointed at us!
