I stopped coming to Zaxby's about 3 years ago. I got fed up with the high prices for food and low quality service. I was driving home. I was hungry. I saw the Zaxby's sign and thought, "Why not give them another try? " I pulled into the parking lot in the restaurant to complete an order online when a creepy guy who appeared to be homeless came tapping on my car windowshield. He kept signaling to me to roll down my window, but of course, I didn't. So he started yelling at me through the glass, "it's ok! You're safe! I just want a salad and fries. Can you help me out with that? " When I hesitated, he became aggressive, though, and I was startled. I pulled out of the parking space to another one on the other side of the building and decided to go inside for safety when I saw a group of people coming out of the restaurant. I alerted the cashier of the incident and told her there might be a homeless person harassing customers for food in the parking lot... She didn't seem interested. That should've been another sign to save my money and leave. Still, I ordered chicken tenders with fries. I asked the cashier if the chicken could be well done, as I recalled having undercooked chicken from the location in the past. She said, "sure! What type of sauce do you want with that? " I asked for bar-b-que sauce. When I got home, I discovered I paid $14 dollars for stale, reheated french fries, and half cooked chicken tenders. They were not well done or even fully done. I received zack sauce instead of bar-b-q sauce to top it off. The food was disgusting. It's not safe outside the restaurant, and the customer service was poor because although the cashier was courteous, she got everything in my order wrong. Won't be back again! FINAL lesson learned. DON'T EAT HERE! Besides, I hear RAISING CANE'S just opened, and they...
Read moreThis is the first and last time I'll be going to this Zaxbys as I had thee worst experience! I did an order pick up that included 3 meals and a funnel cake. When my coworker went to the location via the drive-thru she was given one bag with only 2 meals inside and 3 drinks without straws. When I called to inform them that we were missing a meal the male that answered said that our "driver" forgot to grab the second bag. This was not an Ubereats or Doordash order, so I explained to him that she went thru the drive-thru and was only given 1 bag. He then proceeds to say that if I want, I can come back down for the rest of the food as he has it there. I ask him if it can be remade as I have to now drive 12 minutes to the location for the rest of the food. He said okay. Once I get to the location, I see a bag sitting in the order pick up counter and I ask the female employee if this order for me was remade as the bag was cold and did not appear to be. She responded that she did not know. I then had to ask her to ask the person I spoke with on the phone if it was remade and upon asking the person in the back she said he was still working on it. I had to wait an additional 5 minutes for my order to be remade and once again no apologies or accountability for the error. Dont waste your time going here because they do not care about you as a person...
Read moreIt honestly pains me to write this review but I'm probably never ordering from here again. I've tried placing maybe about 5 or 6 orders over the last few years order less and less because they never get my order right. I'm a person that doesn't like ranch or zax sauce and always requests for the sauces to be substituted, and they used to do that. All my last orders in the past 2-3 years never have the sauce correct. I'm left with food that's ok but nothing to eat it with. It may seem like a trivial thing, and believe me I would let it pass, but for every order in the last couple of years never having what I ordered honestly turns me off. If you guys don't want to cater to customers request, be honest, remove customization options so people will know what their getting. The food itself is ok, but loses its appeal knowing they don't care about giving me. I've already told all my friends and they've chosen to take their money to other local spots like Tenders and...
