Zero stars for this location. Rude and horrible service. Sorry Jimmy John I'm no longer a customer. Ordered online, order was wrong, called to have only one sandwich remade for my kiddo. "Manager" on duty said it was my fault for ordering food online and I placed it wrong and it's not their fault and I need to understand that they make what comes through. After she cussed and continued to talk over me I asked if I could have one sandwich remade and Instead of helping a customer that spent almost $70 she hung up on me. Called back several times and they picked the phone up and hung up on me. I drove up to return the one sandwich and the staff was rude. I was told the gm just left and she said I was yelling and cussing at her on the phone so she hung up. Not once did I yell or cuss on the phone or in person. I asked for the refund of the sandwich and my $20 tip. I was in the service industry for 20 years before healthcare. Never have I ever treated a customer or patient this way. I would have been fired. So sad. Fire house subs and subway are much nicer and never mess up my order weather online or in person. Jimmy is over priced and has the worst customer service. Your only as strong as your leader... That "GM" or "Manager" needs training or...

Your food is freshly prepared to order (yes, they wear gloves) and the sandwiches, created on their homemade French buns or thick sliced 7-grain bread, deliver a delicious fullness - they're not stingy on the meats or toppings, either. JJ's has a sandwich for just about every appetite and palate, along with chips and cookies (sorry, no soups). You want a 'no meat' sammie? There's The Gourmet Veggie Club (heads-up: it's served with double provolone). If you're counting carbs, they have a low carb lettuce wrap called The JJ Unwich - same ingredients and cost of a sub or club sandwich without the bread. Hungry bellies order the #14 - The Bootlegger Club (roast beef and turkey breast), the #17 - Ultimate Porker (real wood smoked ham and bacon) or The J.J. Guargantuan (with Genoa salami, smoked ham, capicola, roast beef, and turkey). There was room for indoor seating. I didn't stay long enough to see the restrooms. JJ's parking lot, at this location, is a little cramped, but is wheelchair accessible. As always, they deliver and are available...

I had an employer of the restaurant get me hip and I NEVER turned 🔙! The cookies 🍪 are really good although I haven't tried anything outside of the chocolate chip one. They did not bring me my order tho they gave my order to one of my co workers who could have easily just taken my order.
