Went through drive through. My order was served wrong. Honest mistake. When I called the store to get a refund for my 6$ drink. The boy that answered was very rude. He yelled at me, and hung up without cause. - I was calm the whole time, trying to come up with a solution to get my money back. No need to hang up and yell at me. - When he hung up on me. It was on! Anger just consumed me!
He's disrespect caused me to turn the car around, and fight traffic to get to the store, and give him a peace of my mind. As I neared the store, I calmed down and put myself in the managers shoes. (Being a restaurant owner I've had to pay for employees stupid behaviors.) When I came into the store I was angry, (stern and had RBF about me) but the shift manager, and the others were great! They all apologized, but I didn't care about the order being wrong. I cared and was angered, that, me asking for a refund caused this kid to yell at me, and hang up on me. - I confirmed that they were able to do what I had asked on the phone, and they told me the idiot kid had gone home in a "panic attack". - In all the staff was great, the did a GREAT job in defusing the situation (considering that I can really be a jerk at times). The shift manager was so good with me, she should get a promotion. I almost want to steal her away.
I feel sorry for that kid. I hope he takes after the rest of the staff... that he learns from this. I hope he ends up not working in the service industry.
I had a one star, but changed it to three do to the rest...
Read moreI was pretty disappointed with the service at this location. We pulled up to the window and ordered three drinks. As I want to put my drink and my cup holder holding it from the top, I immediately noticed that the lid was not on the cup at all and my hand slipped. The entire cup of coffee went down the side of my jeans. Steaming hot soaking into the seat of my car and on the floor underneath the seat. The entire cup was gone. The barista that was assisting us at the window did not offer napkins or another drink. He just stood there with a smile like it was amusing. I had to ask for another drink since the lid was not on the cup and he did provide one with a very snarky look on his face. I just don't know why people have to act this way when I am being very polite. I'm spending my money at the establishment. I could understand if I was rude in any way, but that was not the case. I feel like if I was in his position I couldn't have grabbed napkins fast enough to hand them to someone who was boiling down the leg of their pants. But I guess we're not all alike right?! Thin guy, blonde hair. Young, early 20s maybe ... I chose to describe him because this is not the way to treat someone in the service industry. Maybe he does need a little...

Let's talk value: you're paying premium prices for two bites of what's essentially candy on a stick. 170 calories, zero nutritional benefit, enough preservatives to outlast your car warranty.
The taste? Sweet. That's it. Nothing complex, nothing memorable - just engineered sweetness designed to trigger cravings for more.
Here's the honest breakdown: $3.52 could buy you actual food with nutrients your body can use. An apple, a banana, real ingredients that serve a purpose beyond satisfying sugar addiction.
The marketing is brilliant though - they've convinced people that paying coffee shop prices for convenience store snacks is normal.
The space works well for what it is. The staff does their job competently. The pricing on food items is where reality hits - you're paying for brand and convenience, not quality or value.
If you need caffeine and workspace, it delivers. If you're looking for food that makes financial or nutritional sense,...
