I went to Napolis Pizza with my boyfriend this afternoon because I had heard the tomato Basil soup was delicious. The soup was in fact delicious, however, that was just about the only good thing about this restaurant. I got a single slice of pizza, the soup, and some bruchetta to share. My boyfriend got the steak and cheese sandwich. The pizza and sandwich were bland, even the cheese was not very flavorful. The bruchetta was literally just some burnt toast with tomatoes and a little sprinkle of oregano. No feta or balsamic. We didn't take a single bite hoping they'd realize, even though the plating was pretty, it didn't seem like it had any flavor. I paid over $40 for this meal. It was not worth this. The waitress never refilled my drink and she was kind of rude even when I complimented her nails. She brought out the pizza slice first, then the sandwich and bruchetta (appetizer) then soup. I waited for my boyfriend to get his sandwich before I ate my pizza. My pizza was cold by the time he got his food. We were like the only customers there too. Saw the waitress chatting and laughing with a friend in the back the whole time. Restaurant was pretty on the inside though. Napolis? More like Na-poopys Edit: I have not been back since I left this comment. Soup is good, good atmosphere, and most other people seem nice. But, my server was goofing off the whole time and fr the food (other than the soup) is only okay. Papa johns is better. Sorry to the restaurant if my review hurt your feelings, that's not my goal, but the reviews section exists for a reason and I'm allowed to share my experience. Thank you

I cannot recommend this restaurant. We ordered the lasagna and baked ziti, and both dishes fell short in several key areas. After a 20-minute wait, the food arrived overcooked and lacked the depth I expect from Italian cuisine. The sauces tasted overly simplistic, resembling something store-bought rather than homemade, and the baked ziti was inexplicably substituted with penne—a clear deviation from the classic recipe. As someone who appreciates traditional Italian fare, this was particularly disappointing. The lasagna itself was also problematic; the sheets were overcooked, with the bottom layers dry and hard. To make matters worse, the sauce contained ham, an odd choice that clashed with the overall flavor profile. It's disheartening to see an Italian restaurant disregard such fundamental elements of the cuisine, as it shows a lack of respect for authentic recipes. Edit: I understand that you think that in south of Italy it is okay for a dish to lack of flavor or to serve penne instead of ziti. However, I encourage you to take the time to explore the depth and aroma of southern Italian cuisine—it’s truly remarkable when understood in its full context. Also, when it comes to pasta, I recommend mastering the technique of cooking it al dente, as well as perfecting classic sauces like bolognese and béchamel to make a tasteful lasagna. Lastly, please view reviews not as personal attacks, but as constructive advice from those who, like close friends, aim to help improve and enrich your culinary journey. Thank you.

I have eaten in the restaurant once (prior to the pandemic) and recently stopped in to pick up a couple pizzas. I recalled that the first time we ate there, we really loved it - great pizza and I love the atmosphere - very New York or Chicago-feeling pizzeria, very quaint and authentic feeling. Because of RAVE reviews in a local facebook group, we ordered the Rustica pizza and we ordered it Sicilian-style (thick crust.) We also ordered a regular cheese pizza for the kids. That crust isn't thin - like "thin crust" but more regular crust and everyone loved it. The Rustica pizza was AMAZING - it's a meat lover's white pizza - omg delicious!!! Another reviewer mentioned this and my only negative comment is that the pricing isn't listed on their website and so we only went in assuming pricing would be in line with a typical pizza order. The Sicilian is more pricey (because it's HUGE!) and the Rustica is more pricey because it's a meat lovers pizza. The bill was quite a bit higher than I expected, however, the pizza was awesome and we would totally eat here again. I would love to try their pastas! I'm posting pictures of the menu as of December 2020, I hope that's helpful. I like to know ahead of time what the pricing is so there's no surprises.

Dishonest people throughout the organization! Food has always been a favorite of ours but after tonight we will never return! Ended up leaving my phone on the table we were sitting at while we attempted to order, we ended up leaving because the line was 7 deep and had waited for 10 minutes without the line moving, We called to let them know where we left the phone and the girl that answered the phone said there was no phone turned in, this was 45 minutes after we left their establishment. After we check the car and establishment we were eating at we made another call to let them know the phone was there, we informed them we had it I find my iPhone, this was the second person in the establishment that lied, said there was no phone turned in. After dinner we made a third call and a third person answered the phone and was flat out rude, said no phone was found or turned in, at that point we were on our way to them because the phone was still showing at the location. Called A 4th time and the manager answered the phone and was completely unprofessional, rude and was completely dishonest! I told them we were 10 minutes out and Hall county was it her way to meet us. Showed up and they would not answer the door, showed the lady that was telling us no phone was there that my Iwatch showed different they opened the door and confessed they had just found it. The problem with the story is this, we were there a total of 10 minutes and left, the photo was left on the table and the girl working the table either planned to take it or the manager wanted it because everybody denied it was there. Unbelievable! Will never spend another dime...

2 years ago I went to Napolis not expecting to join the military. After conversing with the friendly staff, taking in a deep breath of the authentic atmosphere, and enjoying my first bite, I joined the armed forces. Which branch? The Napoli’s (restaurant) national guard. I have enjoyed this fine establishment’s delectable cuisine many times since that first experience and I’ve all-the-while vowed to do whatever may be necessary to protect this sacred culinary Mecca. I now rise to its defense. It has come to my attention that another patron left an unsavory and ungrounded review of my gastronomic holy land approximately 5 days ago. Napoli’s, Im sorry I let my guard down and did not defend you sooner. This reviewer (let’s call her Martini) posted 2 unflattering pictures of mashed up half eaten food and made bold claims of her superior knowledge regarding Italian cuisine. Martini, what you’ve done here is the same as trying to critique the Mona Lisa … nay, the Bible. A bold move, I must say, walking through the door, being greeted with a smile, ordering a beautifully crafted dish, enjoying it surrounded by stunning painted views of Florence, Como, Napoli, and then molesting it with your silverware (or perhaps bare hands), taking blurry photos, and publicly attacking a soon-to-be (I’m working on this) Michelin Star Italian restaurant. Napoli’s, their review page, and their other valued patrons should be shielded from your lack of class. I hope you enjoy your table for one at Olive Garden and they make your Kraft Mac N Cheese al dente for you. NAPOLIS...
