Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers — Restaurant in Flowood

I used to work for Freddy's back in Kansas City Missouri. Closer to where Freddy's was founded. Every experience I had eating there, and working there was great. Good atmosphere, decent food, but a bit on the expensive side in terms of fast food. I love Freddy's as a fast food chain. This store was the worst i had seen. I used to go from store to store when I was younger and help train and open new stores in new areas. It was fun traveling matting people, making connections, learning skills, and teaching others the WAY of Freddy's.

This store does not hold up to Freddy's standards. Me and my husband were trying to find work, while joining the Armed forces. Never have I seen this level of mis communication. I was told when to show up, never written or confirmed. I informed the General Manager Tiffany, I have ASVABS and MEPS. Instead of working and communicating so I could start the job i needed, I was yelled at Infront of costumers after i had wasted the gas to go in face to face.

We had to do the same thing to get hired as well. No one answers the phones, no one works with you here. From my years of service with this company, I have seen stores with bad, cruel and cold leaders kill the work force and bring the store down. Those stores end up loosing costumers and struggling when other stores open up, and do their job better.

Cooperate should look into what is going on with this store. It has only been open 2 months and it seems like they need help.

I do not know if my employment exists anymore, We were supposed to be called back with our schedules...

GO TO FREDDY's For a great family friendly burger joint, GO TO FREDDY's If you want a fast food experience with structure. Go to this Freddy's with things in mind that they seem like they are Drowning and the quality of their customer service and food, may reflect that.

When i was 16 Freddy himself came into my store. The entire crew met him, some came in on their day off. HE gave me a hug, and I know that at the end of the day, he would be rolling in his Grave about how Tiffany the District manager, treats costumers and staff.

If you are Transgender like I am, Tiffany will not respect that and call it out in front of staff and costumers. When I worked for the company in the passed, that was never an issue.

So, we have been to freddys on Lakeland, literally 4 nights this week. We fell in love with the burgers and the concrete. So we kept going back. The burgers were thin and cooked super well done, just absolutely delicious and order was always just perfect. They must have gotten sick of us because we went tonight after work and omg not 1 thing made sense. My burger was raw in the middle ( how you can possibly mistakenly cook such a thin patty wrong and leave it raw inside just means someone didn't care at all). At least they left off the onions like I asked. But they put chopped onions all over the chili cheese fries, for the same combo meal that asked for no onions on the burger. The chili fries have never even come with onions, so obviously this was on purpose. Then the peppermint shake we ordered was a cookie shake. I immediately got past the shake and tried to enjoy anyway, I got the onions out of the fries ok to kinda be ok with that, no biggie, but when you bite into a burger that is raw inside still, that is like ugh, you have to make someone aware. As much as we enjoyed going there it is so so disappointing now that probably 1 person didn't care enough to do what they should have. It just ruins it forever having that thought that it can happen again. 30 bucks down the drain. But! I do want to say again that until tonight, we loved it! So you may too! Hopefully they will correct whatever was happening on a Monday night but I won't get past it for awhile...

I’ve been a big fan of Freddy’s for a long time. It figures that when they finally bring one to the Jackson area, they screw it up.

Drive through: I ordered ketchup, fry sauce, and jalapeño fry sauce with the meals. Received none of that. One of the drinks was also wrong. Also, why do you leave people sitting at the order box for so long when the people in front are moving right along? And to not even say anything? You also insisted on handing me drinks immediately at the first window when I pulled up ready to pay. Just let me pay first. Very inefficient. Pay at first window then get everything at the second window. Girl that took payment was pretty rude. Not that she said anything specific, I just don’t think kids these days realize how much their tone and demeanor says to customers.

Inside: been twice, once on opening night, so I thought I’d give them another chance once they got it figured out. Nope. They never offer fry sauce. Even if I ask, I’ll end up having to go back up and ask again. They still haven’t figured out that you need spoons to eat custard, so they hand it to you and immediately leave and you’re standing there waiting for someone to come back to ask for a spoon. It’s always filthy inside. You have to ask for them to wipe tables down.

Overall, I’m very disappointed in this establishment. My wife and I always look for Freddy’s when we travel and have always loved the food. We have never experienced service of this type. Hope to see some...
