My friends and I (party of three) decided to dine in at this BWW tonight. The restaurant closes at 12AM and we showed up at 10:30pm. IMPORTANT: They were not busy at all with only a few parties scattered around, this will be important later on while explaining this. We walked in and were standing at the front waiting to get seated for I kid you not 5 minutes. 5 minutes standing might not seem like a lot but when youāre waiting to be seated 5 minutes goes by very slow. It was so slow in fact that I was able to then lean up against the wall just waiting for any recognition or acknowledgment. We finally had a woman come over but she seemed too preoccupied to even care that we needed a table. (Mind you thereās barely anyone in the restaurant). So she takes us to our table, if you even wanna call it a table, which was way too small. We were only a party of three but this particular table is small and maybe only meant for people who are ordering beer and small apps. So we asked to get moved to a booth and they switched us to a booth. We got to the booth and got a new waitress. She came over and asked for our drinks and the drinks took all of 20-30 minutes just to come outā¦DRINKS not food. After the wait to get seated and the small table we were already annoyed but this made us more annoyed. So we finally get our drinks and she takes our order, ordering is smooth, food comes out surprisingly fast all things considered. A new waitress was shadowing our waitress (this is important). As we ate we needed refills. Our waitress passed by our table multiple times seeing our drinks needed refilling and refused to say anything even though she looked directly at us each time. It got so bad we had to stop the trainee (bless her heart) and get her to get us refills. She ended up only refilling one of our three drinks, maybe there was some miscommunication but when she came back with the one refill she placed the cup down in between all the cups that were not filled so she had to have seen the others and could have easily asked did we need other refills. I give the trainee grace because sheās new so I can reason with that. But the fact our actual waitress wasnāt checking up on us and we had to get the trainee to do the waitresses job is what had me dumbfounded. Our waitress was in the back the entire time. So much so a different waitress running other tables was the one that brought us our food. Later on our waitress finally came out the back and dropped our tabs off and said āno need to rush but Iām gonna drop these off for youā as if she was subtly trying to rush us out. The entire restaurant seemed so off. Each workers body language expressed āIām just ready to clock out and get out of hereā. Even the bartender was rude yelling across the restaurant as if she wanted everyone to know they were closing soon. (Mind you thereās still tons of time left before they actually closed). Like I said the entire restaurant just seemed so off and the service was beyond bizarre. I can guarantee you this particular BWW will never see me ever again. Terrible staff, terrible service, and I donāt know if thereās something wrong with management or if thereās a shortage of employees but they need to figure it out. If youāre wanting wings, burgers, anything just go elsewhere in Foley or Gulf Shores. Donāt spend your time or money...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHorrible service from waitress Bailey. We got their close to 10 it was a little pack we didnt mind waiting, we where a party of 9. We sat Bailey came asked for drinks we got them then later for out food we ordered. About 15 mins later we got our drinks. Appetiezers never came in we wherr 4 adults who asked for beers. Two of us asked her for another round she never said if we needed anything refills nothing. But we didnt notice then the food came in super late and cold. We still ate but this whole time she never asked if we needed anything didnt even notice we accidently dropped a basket of fires, trying to feed the kids. When we where finishing she started to remove plates we saw something botheref her by then. My husband was still eating some of his food when she tried to remove the plate. We stayed calmed then we payed and she didnt bring one of us the reciept and some change. When we asked she said well i dont have the change with me turned and rolled her eyes. She came back and i told her calmly Ma'am im sorry that you had to stay late but its not our fault the food was brought in supper late and cold. To which she responded thats not what bothered me i ask then what was it? and she didnt answer my question. Then i told her you where rude the whole time. She said i wasnt i can show you rude. I said well ypu never asked if we needed anything our friend finishef her beer just one, and you didnt even ask her if she wanted another one or some water. She said i went like 6 times to the table and you all just stared. Im not sure if Ms Bailey was mad because they closed at 11 and the seated us closed to 10 and whe where a party of 9, or if she was a racist because we are hispanics and we talked spanish the whole time. Whatever it was Bailey was rude...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI visited this location 2 days ago. When I walked in, there wasnāt a party waiting to be seated. I didnāt get any staff members names but a white male told me he was cleaning a table and it would take about 5 minutes before we would be seated. I had a party of 5 in total. We waited for about 10 minutes, while being seated by the door. We watched several parties come in and staff asked how many were in their party and they went ahead and seated them while we were still waiting. I went to the restroom to wash my hands and when I came back, my party was seated. This is what had me heated, they sat us on the other side of the restaurant , in a small, dark (dim lights) room. All the tables were nasty with plates and cups and no other party was seated in this section. My sister said you see this? At the moment there was a live DJ and the vibe was nice so we actually wanted to sit with everyone else that was in the restaurant. So I go back to the female white waitress that was by the door and told her that we felt deserted in a nasty room with no other patrons and we would prefer to sit on the other side and listen to music also. There were tables that could accommodate 5 people so I donāt understand why we were seated on the other side. They agreed to seat us where everyone else was but at this point it just didnāt feel right so we left and went to another restaurant.Buffalo wild wings staff should be trained on diversity and inclusion. This incident felt very racist and we left there...
