I shop here on a semi regular basis and I have never come across a rude employee. They have always been super nice or at least polite and cordial. They usually have a pretty decent selection of clothes for the majority of sizes from infants up to adults in boys and girls and men an women. Their children section isn't huge but it is still usually pretty decent prices especially considering most of it is name brand. They have everything from clothes and shoes to housewares and decor to art and pet supplies as well as vehicle accessories. They also have jewelry perfume and cologne as well as make up and beauty and bath supplies and work out gear and small equipment. They also have some furniture as well as home organizers and comforter sets and other linens. Basically they have a fairly decent selection of just about everything under one roof for decent prices. My one and only complaint at this time is that they did not have very many long sleeve shirts that were not a jacket or coat or sweatshirt except for a bunch of crop tops. I know that really isn't their fault though because that is what is in style but I personally like to wear long sleeved shirts for the warmth in winter. No belly's showing in the cold for this girl. They also do not usually have a huge selection of my sized pants (size 00-2 depending on brand) which are tiny but I've still been able to find quite a few pairs of pants since starting to shop here. They do usually have quite a few racks of clearance items which are super cheap most of the time. Great place to shop...
Read moreI stopped at this store to return some items that I tried to return 10 days prior which was then still within the 30 rtn date.
At this point the rtn date had passed by 2 days I asked the store manager Camille & the asst store manager Tori to make an exception because of being notified of a close family death during the rtn process at the original Ross store in Pensacola 10 days prior. I offered to show the death certificate and receipt of items purchased before I got the call.
Long story short their answer was No because they didn't have any way of doing a refund after the 30 days has passed.. and to go back to Pns and try to do it. I told her you're the store manager you can do it I know this for a fact. I was also asked if I'd ever had a uncommon situation like that before and asked to have it done. I asked for the number to Ross Corp to have their district manager call me.
Bottom line even though Camille &Tori showed absolutely no compassion the 2 customer reps did and apologized for how I was treated and my refund was given to me at the pns Ross.
I hope that if ever either Camille or Tori is in need of compassion and understanding due to things out of their control. That it's given to them. In the meantime I hope that they learn to have those things themselves.

Read moreIf i could leave no starts i would. Now I remember why I do not go Into this location to shop. TERRIBLE customer service. About 12 people in line 2 cashiers. Finally we are next in line and the cashier at lane 4 decided to go and put toilet paper in the bathroom!!! I said really you can’t take us we had literally 2 things! She said the other cashier would after she was done ringing up the other customer that had a dozen things and then took 5 minutes to put the clothes in a bag. I said we have been waiting in line for 15 minutes. No joke. Then the cashier says that you know how it is to be stuck in the bathroom with no toilet paper. The time it took her to explain to me why she was doing it I could have been out the door already if she would have rang me up. How come the person that radioed to her saying that the bathroom needed toilet paper couldn’t do it? So as the cashier walked away my mom and I waited another 5 minutes in line when she could have taken us and be done in 30 seconds. This location needs more employees and the employees that are there now need to have a little more pep in their step. I will not be going back. I’ll be going to Marshall’s when they open next...
