Hello, I’m Christina Waldrop, I want to start by saying i had me an appointment made for a Saturday mornin, I dropped my iPhone 14plus off around 10:30 am. They called me about 12:30 pm and let me know it was ready to be picked up. We left the place and headed to my eye doctor appointment that was at 3:30 pm. Well, as I was walking out to our Car I was smelling smoke and I thought it was my phone hitting my vape, well, I grabbed my Vape and I seen it wasn’t the vape so I grab my phone from my back pocket and turns out that my phone caught fire in my back pocket this was 2 hours after getting the back fixed. I’m not saying anything bad about this place. We called them up and told them about it. They did the right thing and replaced my phone. They felt really bad about what happened to my phone. I believe everyone should get a second chance. I was really upset about it but I wasn’t really mad or anything. They did what was right and replaced the phone. My husband got his back camera fixed there just a day or two ago and they did a wonderful job. I will say this though I would most definitely go back to them again. I know what happened to me was awful but I believe in second chances. I’am a good person and the manger called me and explained to me what caused the fire. I would still recommend them to everyone and anyone out there. They are wonderful and amazing and very helpful and kind. They are very reasonable with there prices as well, that is something I really love about them also. They are very amazing with working on phones. I still trust them with everything in me. The only thing that truly matter to me is that i’m %100 okay! And I wasn’t not burned or injured when that happened. I’m thankful that God was watching over me that day. I dropped off an iPad at quick fix with a cracked screen that needed to be replaced. I went to pick it up the next day and the inside of the new screen still had plastic on it so I had to leave it for them to redo it again. I went back a second time to pick it up and as soon as I got home I realized the home button was completely shifted under the screen. I took it back two different times after this and was told they didn’t have any workers to help so it’d be several days before they could get it fixed. I live 30 minutes from quick fix and my child uses this iPad every day for homeschooling so I could not just drop it off and leave it for several days. I finally got it fixed again but then noticed a bunch of dust and particles inside of the screen. They took the screen off again and removed all the dust the same day and sent me with a free glass screen protector. Now months later I’m having issues with parts of the touch screen not working at all no matter how much you press on it. The screen is still in great shape but I’m too scared to use them again to fix whatever electrical issue they caused inside the iPad. Absolute garbage. Went in for battery charge port and a back glass screen repair on my Samsung note 20 ultra in Ony black. Paid the $140 and walked out with a glitch battery charge port and a half onyx black/ half rose Samsung note 20 ultra. I cannot make this up people. Calls to the still open store went unanswered. How embarrassing. Bottom line, way overpriced, underqualified, pompous Attitudes and obviously need some eyeglasses. All This after watching them, try to charge a poor girl $150 for repairs that did not fix her issue. She was confused and the obviously irritated repair person says firmly ma'am At this point there's nothing I can do for you and still charged her. In the end, very disgraceful performance not any attention to detail and overpriced. I wouldn't recommend this place if I was on fire and they were the only place that had water. There are much better places out there. More skilled and more customer friendly. And will do the job that they say they will. Check out down by the wharf.
