Pieology Pizzeria Folsom — Restaurant in Folsom

The pizza was great, but I almost didn't stay to get it after what I observed. To start, I waited a good 3 minutes before even being acknowledged. I dont expect you to drop everything to wait on me, but a nice "we'll be right with you" or "welcome in" would have gone a long way. As I was ordering my food, the kid making my calzone had to keep stopping my order to stair at each new text message on his watch. At least 3 times during the making of one calzone. He also did not know basic food safety protocols like not touching your face and hair, not touching the register and then the pizza box, the cutting of pizza after touching non food things, etc. To top it all off, I was there about 40 minutes til close. I understand you want to be done with your shift and go home, which is why I would not be there in the last few minutes, but this was not that. They had already mopped the floor, which I dirtied and felt bad about, but again, you're still open for another 40 minutes. I used the restroom and the floor was even more wet in there. Huge slip hazard, I'd be afraid of getting sued. It just doesn't seem that they have any sort of standards or training in place. At least not at this location. I will say, the pizza was good though, and cooked perfectly. 5 on food, zero on...

I have never experienced bad customer service than I have at this location. I decided to go to lunch with my family and the customer service was AWFUL. Every single person in the establishment was rude and not helpful in answering any of my questions. One person in particular by the name of KEISHA threw the utensils when I asked for Parmesan cheese on my pizza. Then she proceeds to mumble something under her breath and then throw the meat on top of my pizza(so rude), but the best part is she just stormed off into the back of the restaurant and slammed the door and left my food sitting there and I wasn’t finished ordering? I also saw her pull up her pants(with the gloves she was using to touch my food) and then proceeds to add more items to my meal. The other 3 employees ran after her and my family and I were just left sitting there with a unfinished meal. Another worker had to come over and help us because everyone working at the corner left us just standing there. There wasn’t a manager on duty, and no one apologized for anyones actions at all. The customer service here is TRASH and the food wasn’t even that good. They have limited salad options and NO diet soda either. I was very displeased with my service and will NOT be returning. Pieology pizza has nice customize option for customer. You can add as many meat/ sauce/ topping as you want from their list. Also they have variety option for pizza crust. I chose the cauliflower one as mentioned it’s keto friendly. It’s good that you can add many kind of sauce on your pizza but be watch out for adding too much then pizza turns out really bad.!

As my order’s very late at night. When i came they were cleaning up the store. Caught that they even keep my pizza box in the warm bag while waiting for being picked up !!!! A Small thing makes me feel staff really care about customer food!!! Appreciate for it.
