Taco John's — Restaurant in Fond du Lac

My original review praised this place. After tonight I can't ever recommend this place to anyone. Went inside. It's freezing in there No heat on. Either just a fan or ac and it's winter out.

Placing an order took longer than one would be accustomed too. Wanted black beans on 2 tacos rather than beef. This seemed to create confusion and a headache in the kitchen like they'd never seen or heard black beans.

Crispy tacos made wrong. No black beans. But rather something that maybe resembled refried beans? Or beef? Looked so bad I could not determine.

Boss bowl. No black beans served with it.

Took it up front to have the order fixed and a younger tall gentleman with a poor attitude, no professionalism and overbearing aggressive behavior towards didn't seem to believe me and wanted to see the receipt. I showed him where it says black beans on the receipt. He further got an attitude saying he needed to see the receipt and took it from me.

As 4 coworkers bickered amongst each other loudly enough for all the people in the lobby to stare at them, the tall kid had an attitude, shaking his head. Furthermore he was chewing gum while standing at food prep areas handling food. Also found hair in my original boss bowl.

After this he decided to be loud and obnoxious in general towards coworker. Belching so loudly and disgustingly all over food prep areas, not making any attempt to step away or cover his mouth.

Took a lot of will power of mine not to confront him because I know how things would have ended up. Will be forwarding the food/health code violations to the health department and reaching out to Taco John's...

bad bad bad !!! i don't blame the workers from fast food restaurants but they have to keep on mind that they're working with customers not with their friends. i just bought food from here and I'm not coming back NEVER! the cashier (Vanessa)name from the receipt it was super rude i just go out from work tired being nice and she was super rude with my order.and the kitchen guy just gave me the wrong order plus the food taste really bad definitely not something to eat,they seasoned the meed to much as a chef iknow. i used to be a kitchen manager per 3 years iknow that isn't easy to work in a kitchen but you guy's can't be like that with the customers, the customers are the person that it pay for the food so does mean that they give you the money to your boss for your paycheck. you have to take care of your customers especially with the new ones. hopefully the managers of this place can fix this little details that affect the customers like me.i never complain about food but this employees got to far. on my opinion you can go and try the food maybe you're more lowkey than me and you get a good service but as manager and chef I DON'T...

Just awful. This has to be the worst place I have ever stopped at in my life. I highly suggest not eating at these places. You will feel like puking in about hour. My sweety and I both ate the same food and we both were in the mood to honestly puke. The next day my sweety said I still feel like trash from that food. I’m not sure what it was could have been the cold refried beans in the burrito. Everything was topped on at the end of one burrito and the other half was just cold refried beans .
