Going to the ER to sign in is ok, but have better signage outside to tell you where to go for scans. (The big sign above the registration desk is obsolete, should have it as you walk in from outside. The desk is obvious once you’re inside the proper door) The waiting room is terrible!! A lot of people that come for scans & things have someone drive them. That means 2ppl at least. There are only 3 chairs. So early in the morning when we were there people had to stand around. That is difficult for some people! Some people did move to the other side and waited for the people to come out of the scan or imaging in the emergency part. Please try and put more chairs out. Also, there are only 2 handicapped parking spots close to the entrance. Would be nice if they added a few more spots. Thank...

Came in 11 weeks pregnant with horrible kidney pain. Started with labs which was fine. Doctor came in with an attitude already and said “well i dont deem this as an emergency so we aren’t going to do any scan” then proceeds to tell me after i asked for an ultrasound on my kidneys and baby to check everything his response was “we dont deem this as an emergency so we arent going to call the ultrasound tech in due to tax purposes and wanting to keep techs employed” after my results all came back abnormal and blood pressure was 160 i was turned away with “well if something is wrong with the baby theres nothing we can do anyways” If i receive a bill for this i will be disputing it with higher ups and i advise no one to go...
