Jamba — Restaurant in Fontana

I wish I could give 0 star , I went in there to order an Orange Dream Machine and something didn't taste right, so I told them and they said they would fix it. Still, this tasted watered down and weird so I came back for a refund only to realize they need a manager to do the refund , who by the way is never there. Then I find out the reason it didn't taste right was because they told me they had ran out of orange sherbet...had I known that I would have never ordered that in the first place....This place will not give refunds whether or not you have your reciept ..That is why the manager is never there... I was forced to get something else...never going back again.....worst customer service ever !!! You...

Even though the some of the members of the staff are friendly, there are a lot of problems with this jamba juice. The last three visits, all a week apart, I had an issue with my order. This last Tuesday was the last time I'll visit this location. I was running late so I put the order in online to avoid any wait time for any reason what so ever. The receipt said my order would be ready at 4:30pm, but when i got there at 4:35 I was told the order wasn't started. I sat there until 4:50 and the only reason I was able to get the smoothie then was because I had to remind them. This place seems to be hit and miss. The sad part is that I have never had any issues with any other...

Was there this morning, they did not open on time. There was someone there before me but the one gal working never addressed me or said “I will be right with you” .. really wanted some Oatmeal... I was told oatmeal machine is broken.. really wanted a juice.. was told juicer machine is broken.. had to check the sign again to make sure I was at Jamba JUICE. She said they were only doing smoothies.. well, I was already there.. ordered a smoothie.. went to pay with my debit card which has my photo on it .. was asked to show ID which was in my car.. pointed out my photo on my debit card.. said she still had to see ID.. turned around...
