Taco Bell — Restaurant in Fontana

Came to this location on December 14 2020 7:30pm to get something quick due to having kiddos with us. First of all they only accepted exact change (no cards) then they had us pull over to the side to wait for someone to bring out our food. Keep in mind that our order was super simple (2 steak quesadillas, 2 burritos and a chalupa supreme) Not exaggerating 30 minutes passed by and yet no food! This was unbelievable.My husband went to knock on the door and no one paid attention to him, he walked back to the car and we decided to call the store. They answered saying that the order was ready and someone was bringing it out. Ten minutes later a male worker brought us our food. We were ready to leave but decided to check our order before driving away. Our order was missing a quesadilla and a burrito. We called and let them know, and they said no problem and they would bring them right out. Another 10 minutes passed, and yet our items were not brought out, so we called again. A worker who said was in charge, answered and said he would make the order personally. At this point we were so irritated and were planning to leave. Another car parked next to us and we’re waiting for their food. They also received the wrong order and after a couple failed attempts to give them what they ordered, the customers drove off posted off. Another 10 minutes passed and finally a worker walked out with our food. I do not recommend anyone to come to this fast food location. It is rediculous to spend over an hour at a fast food drive thru location, especially that they were not...

It is Taco Bell so if you walk in here you know what you are ordering and what you are asking for both now and later...

Yes I am rather sad to see my favorites ruthlessly eliminated from the menu by some corporate bean counter somewhere that decided there was not enough profit in having more combinations of beans cheese and tortillas among other common ingredients or perhaps caving to social pressure and removing the Mexican Pizza, yes I can see how that would be insensitive to a rather large group of people. But I have to compare the entire menu to the delicious offerings from the same community (with the exception of menudo, I am sorry but that just is not something I will eat again) but to say a soft taco is comparable to the delicious street tacos you can get in the smaller non chain restaurants there simply is no comparison. However unfair comparisons aside when you pull into Taco Bell you know what you are getting, the ruff proportions, and predictable flavor of your food and that is why I keep going to Taco Bell when it is an option and my time is limited. Yes there are places that are better but there are times when nothing else will hit that spot that the grilled stuft burrito use to fill, there is a few options on the menu that come close enough so I...

TOO LITTLE, TOO LATE, NO GUARANTEE, NO REFUND.... Where do I start?

¹Inconvenience •The HUGE, saucy, cheesy cheddar filled with choice meat stuffed in beans,... "Smothered Burrito", topped with sourcream and Mozzarella cheese has been removed from the menu!

²Additional Inconvenience •Drive through line ran into the main street.

³Another Addition to Inconvenience •The beverage dispencer was out of order for poweraid.

⁴False Representation of Menu Item •The suggestion from Taco Bell Employee to substitute Smothered burrito, was HORRIBLE & tasted NOTHING like what I had asked, had no sauce, no sour cream, & was dry. (Trash).

¶5 The order was wrong •I asked for a tea, and got watered down tart lemonad. (The receipt said Ice Tea)

¶6 No napkins. •On top of everything else that either went wrong, took forever, wasn't available,... Are you serious!?

¶7 Unreliable Customer Service •Half the time employee was not paying attention, & when he would say allowed the order asking to verify, he was wrong. (At this point we were directly in front of the window so it was not the speaker)

¶8 ...Oh and the prices, Go to Farmer Boys! Get more for the same price and its better...
