Shakey's Pizza Parlor — Restaurant in Fontana

i just went here to eat with my mom we paid 37$ for the buffet for 2 people + 1 drink. it was my first time at the buffet and after 2 slices of pizza my stomach started to hurt but i didn’t want to not get my money’s worth of food to go to waste. i don’t like to give money away so easily so we got a few pizzas, pieces of chicken, and mojos to take home. i asked for a box at the cashier and she told me no. i go back to sit down and we start wrapping our food in napkins because we didn’t want to throw it away. that’s sin. what do they want us to do, give the food that we already touched back? then one of the workers comes up to us because her manager saw us on the cameras doing this and she tells us that we can’t be doing that. i ask so what does he want us to do with the food, throw it away? she said yes. i was in shock with how these corporations run their restaurants. they only care about money and not the food that gets thrown away. i will never be going back to shakeys and i will make sure that many more people stop coming here too. the picture of the food is everything that we were made to throw away. do NOT come here. also the “arcade games” are just games that promotes gambling for children. just to give you food for...

We absolutely love coming here! It’s become our little tradition to visit at least once a month sometimes even twice. Most of the time, we go for the buffet, but we’ve also come a few times for dinner. The staff is always friendly, the manager is great, and the whole place is clean, including the bathrooms.

I have a four-year-old and a five-year-old, and they love the games. We’ve been coming since they were just one and two years old . Even when there are birthday parties going on (which has happened about four times during our visits), it’s never too loud or overwhelming. I actually think it’s great that people celebrate here it gives the place a fun, family vibe.

The pizza is really good, but the chicken? So, so, so good! They have great drink options, and the salad bar is super fresh and clean too.

As a single parent, I especially appreciate being able to relax here. I can let the kids eat and play while I catch up on a little work or even just watch some TV. The whole atmosphere is welcoming, easygoing, and perfect...

Can the staff that worked in the arcade area today march 13th at around 7pm get a raise? That man really deserves one. It’s was really really packed and he was alone and all over the place putting tickets in the arcades, fixing the arcades, giving all the kids(like 10 kids were at the booth all at once) their prizes and deeply apologizing for the wait because he was literally all over the place. He also worked with my autistic son so well with helping him choose a certain prize (because my son wanted a certain shark and he’s non verbal and can’t really say which one) and noticed right away that he has special needs. And he worked soooo sooo well with him. Whoever you are, thank you so much and thank you for understanding and working with him, especially while you are all over the place trying to help everyone as much as you can🙏🙏🙏🙏. God bless you.
