Del Taco — Restaurant in Fontana

How do I begin.... I went through the drive Thru, only one car in front of me. I ordered a classic grilled chicken burrito and two snack tacos. The employee that took my order even repeated my order to make sure my order was correct. So far we are good. I drive to the window, I paid for my food and then I was asked if I didn't want cheese on my burrito. I clarified that I wanted extra cheese. I even stated that if they did not charge me to please charge me for the extra cheese but no one said anything. I am then asked if I would like any condiments. I said give me a lot of hot sauce (I'm Hispanic so I love my hot sause) I get my order and pull away to find that I only received the burrito and no tacos. Now I have to pull into a spot to go get my tacos. I walk in and ask them to please check if I got charged for the tacos. Turns out the tacos were never on the order even though they confirmed the order. I walked out to go enjoy what I did get. Then I check my burrito and found the normal serving of cheese instead of the extra I requested. I also notice there is more lettuce than chicken. I figured.... well it is what it is, at least I'll bath my burrito in hot sauce. I reach into my bag and fine a very health amount of ketchup but only 3 sauce packets 🫣. I think this the first time I have been disappointed in Del Taco. I usually say they are better than Taco Bell but not today. To wrap things up, I took a bite of the burrito and the tortilla was cold and wasn't even warmed up enough. Very sad day for me today. I will point out that there were no more cars in the drive Thru and no people inside so I can't even blame them...

The drive-through is slow and mostly busy so always ask you to park around to wait for them to take your food. This time was at night, not a lot of people at the. Drive through and still asked me to park in the front of the store. I asked for the reason ? They have a timer ...go figure is a fast food place and a drive through.....I don't want to go around and hang out with the homeless people that usually are by the door. Kid was very nice and assured me there was no homeless people hanging around at the door. I still won't take the chances and asked to cancel the order. Wich they did and they could've just gave me the food by the time we did all that. I don't understand management trying to cheat the "timer" by moving cars along and have 5 cars at the other side waiting for the food. Your service suposed to be fast food and if the employees can't make the food at the pace your timer is set maybe is not possible,...

Wow.......all I ordered was fries and a strawberry lemonade........a pregnant girl took my order and when I pulled out of the drive thru I tried the fries.......no salt.......the lemonade no strawberries and the lemonade was watery so I got back in the drive thru and had to wait again.......the pregnant girl gave me another lemonade that appeared not to have strawberries........she said they are at the bottom but any other time I ordered one the strawberries were obvious.......then I told her the syrup is running out because the one she replaced it with was even more watery........she added a sugar pack and handed it to me.......tasted watery still.......rather than making a big deal I just took it and drove off.......she made it obvious she didn't care the whole time by looking at her watch and ignoring me.....worse service I've had...
