Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Forest Grove

Ordered a pizza and wings yesterday. When I ordered they said it would be delivered in a about an hour. After about 1 hour and 20 minutes I called to see what was going on. No answer after several attempts I was automatically connected to customer service. They contacted the store and said it was at the store and in the next group to be delivered.

At 1 hr and 45 minutes I got through to the store and they said it had been with the driver for the last 20 minutes. At that point I suspected that my pizza was at least an hour old. I questioned this and they said there was nothing they could do about discount for being close to one hour late. I was put on the line with the manager who was not sympathetic with the situation. I told them I would not pay full price for a soggy and cold pizza. He seemed to not care and would not discount the order. He then said I’ll cancel your order, pizza is on the house.

In conclusion, the pizza and wings were NEVER delivered and I went and got other food. This “manager” seems to not care one bit about how his store is run and should be fired or demoted to something where he could be useful. Would give 0 stars if it were possible. Will never do business with this...

I order from this pizza hut a lot, but today I will never order again! I ordered a pizza which I always order delivery, when the pizza arrived I kindly took it and handed the guy a tip. Once I opened the pizza it was missing some of the toppings that I asked for, ok that's fine I'll just call and let them know they got it wrong, well to my surprise Jezus, told me that he knows that he put that on the pizza because he made it. Ok, fine I told him I would take a picture of the pizza and send it to him because it was wrong, but once again I was wrong and he knew that there was pepperoni on the pizza. He told me that he would make me a new pizza but he wanted the old one back. That's totally fine with me I didn't want a free pizza or anything I just wanted what I ordered. The guy was rude and pretty much called me a liar! That is one thing I am not is a liar, I will never go back there again, my husband orders pizza here all the time and they just lost their business to us! So sad that people really think that is how customer...

Ordered pizzas at 5:30 to be delivered at ten. Called at 9 and asked if we could get them as soon as they could do. Girl on the phone talked to the manager and said yes. Fast foward to 11:20 when I was finally able to get free only to realize my employees had no pizza (that I already paid for). Called and the girl told me the driver followed the delivery instructions and also knocked on the door and got no response. Told her the front door is staffed and unlocked so how can that be. I asked why they didn't call if they had trouble... she said the driver called and the store called a when he got back, I said I have no missed calls, she said well we called. Then proceeded to tell me that the online system was having problems so maybe they did not get the order or maybe the info was wrong.... I called at 9 and confirmed the order and the address!!! Never again with this location! Really poor service and full of...
