I have never posted a review on Google before; however, the service I recieved at this location this morning was despicable. This location normally runs slowly (drive thru line often wrapped around the building and usually a half a dozen individuals waiting in the lobby). I was okay with this, and given their generous discount for first responders, I am okay with abandoning my order every once in a while if I get unlucky. This morning, however, I decided to stop by on my way home from night shift. I ordered a hot sandwich and a donut. While I patiently waited, approximately 12-18 people were served. I had a feeling my order had gotten lost, and when a staff member noticed that I had been waiting a while, they asked what I had ordered and apparently relayed it to the sandwich lady. Throughout my wait, I watched the sandwich lady lash out at other employees, as apparently, she was the only busy worker in the restaurant. This lashing out was top of getting other customers orders wrong (I heard them complain audibly, but likely did not inform the staff for fear of having to wait longer). Approximately 30 minutes after I placed my order another employee placed an unlabeled sandwich bag on the counter and walked away without announcing what the bag contained. I hoped this was the bag for me, but with it being unlabeled, I decided to wait for the employee to come back so I could ask what was in it. Before I got a chance, the sandwich lady came over to the counter, made a show of ripping the sandwich out of the bag, and unwrapping it for all to see. She then loudly announced what it was. It was my sandwich, so I approached the counter to collect it. She threw the sandwich into the bag, shortly followed by a flurry of napkins. As I picked up the bag, she yelled at me and asked why I had not picked it up sooner, as she had announced it several times. Beyond being factually incorrect (she nor any of the other employees had announced what was in the bag) and practically deficient (how was I supposed to know what was in the bag if it didn't have a label), I am most impacted by this employee's apparent need to lash out at others and notibly me, the customer. This is not the first time that I have noticed this behavior from this employee; however, this is the first time that I have been on the receiving end of her wrath and it left me wondering. Perhaps if the sandwich lady cannot handle the stress of working at a fast food location during peak hours, she should look for a calmer job, perhaps as a librarian, masseuse, or author, where she can chronical the harrowing adventures of making subpar sandwiches at a leisurely pace. Though this is the most convenient Dunkin to my workplace, this was the final straw. Due to this location's consistently slow service and this unfavorable encounter, I will not be returning in the foreseeable future and will encourage my coworkers to...
Read moreWonderful Clean and Friendly Service . I stopped here for the 1st time. Actually the 1st visit to any Dunkin in many yrs. I quit going for awhile because I used to enjoy croissant egg and cheese back when they used real eggs (90's) . I quit going because For awhile Dunkins started using that fake yellow plastic frozen egg round for their breakfast sandwiches to replace a time consuming actual cooking of an egg. They also used to have flaky croissants too. I didn't try to see if they were the same. I do know and if you remember (90's) Burger King used to use real flaky crouisants for their breakfast sandwiches too. But now they use a bun that is shaped to look like a crouisant. But it isnt. Anyhow, So I decided on sausage egg n cheese on a plain bagel. My son got the same thing at indoor counter with me , He also got a coke. Let me tell you.. We gobbled those down in the car like no tommorrow. Then hit back on the road to the VA for both our appts. We both realized how finally DD either got a new supplier of cooked eggs or they actually cook them like Mickey D's. What a difference!! I then asked the young lady for 3.00 in quarters she 1st said she might not be able to do it. But then said she could. Such a pleasant, upbeat employee. I only mention about the quarters as proof that I was there. For which this positive review will mean something to them. Fun Fact. My 1st job in 1981 was DD. A dozen of doughnuts was 3.12 . The jelly filled used to taste better too.We had to wear those stupid looking orange and tan waitress dresses. Ugg. My how things...
Read moreOh boy, do I have a sweet and hilarious review for Dunkin Donuts! I recently visited one of their locations with my 2-year-old daughter and let me tell you, it was an experience we won't forget anytime soon.
First of all, the donuts were absolutely delicious! I couldn't resist trying one (or two, or maybe even three...) and my daughter was beyond thrilled with her colorful sprinkle-covered donut. She kept giggling and pointing at it, and I couldn't help but smile at her pure joy.
But that's not all - the staff at Dunkin Donuts were incredible. They were so patient and kind with my daughter, who was a little bit shy and overwhelmed by all the people and noise. One of the employees even took the time to show her the donut-making process, which was a real treat for both of us!
And here's where the funny part comes in: as we were leaving, my daughter decided to say goodbye to the donuts in her own way - by blowing them a kiss! It was so cute and unexpected, and I couldn't stop laughing as we walked out the door.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Dunkin Donuts. Great donuts, friendly staff, and a hilarious memory with my little girl - what more could you ask for? I highly recommend giving them a visit, whether you're with your family or just need a quick pick-me-up. Dunkin Donuts, you've got our seal...
