September 2020 I have to say that my personal experience with delivery ordering from this Domino's has been nothing short of Awesome! starting with most importantly the Food! Everything ordered so far has been very good. I usually always order the same thing being the specialty steak & cheese pizza and or the hot Italian sub. However, more recently during this summer of 2020 & Coronavirus & not going out to restaurants to eat in a long long time, I have found myself ordering from Domino's recently quite often... and ordering NEW items to try which is out of my character cuz I'm usually too afraid to try new items incase I dont like them? But I've been pleasantly surprised! I recently tried the yummy chicken bites from the $5.99 mix & match & both the buffalo & spicy jalepeno pineapple were delicious! Then I tried the the hot sandwich version of both chicken bites & I have been pleased with everything! also the warm baked sandwich bread is also delicious! Therefore, being this pleased with the food & delivery service from this particular Domino's in Penn Mar shopping center in Forestville, Maryland during these crazy times during the summer of the COVID Pandemic, it turned out that lucky for us, I've ordered often enough to earn FREE PIZZA! so far to date, 2 FREE PIZZAS!!! Its actually nice to feel appreciated & awarded with FREE PIZZA just for being a good customer. So, in return, I wanted to say it's my pleasure to order food I enjoy & have it be delivered so far, always in a timely manner & also so far, always in a courteous mannerly & professional manner. All of the delivery team has been all of the above mentioned especially RALPH! I say that because he has delivered to us ALOT & ITS THE TRUTH! he has been very prompt & super nice to us when he comes. As far as qualifying for free pizza as I mentioned above, all i had to do was fill out the pizza profile on the website when i ordered online. It was easy & I recommend doing it! Read moreThis Domino's Location is by far one of the worst locations in this area. I placed an order today around 3:11 pm on the Domino's app and had no updates after I placed it. By 4:00 pm it was still no updates and the only thing it said was "prep". I called the store and told a lady how I didn't see any updates on the app. I asked her what was the hold up. She explained to me how they didn't have enough staff members and I said okay fine. I called back 15 mins later and she told me she was just putting my food in the oven. Mind you I placed the order at 3:11pm. It's taking you that long to get my order together... okay whatever. I mentioned how I was going to contact corporate and explain to them how this location is running. This isn't the first time I had an issue with this location. You would think they would've resolved their issues from the first incident. I proceeded to hang up the phone on the lady who was saying that they were understaff because that doesn't explain the poor service. Get rid of the workers that don't want show up to work and the manager because they're allowing it. If you look at the reviews it's all the same thing. When I checked the app it said your order had been canceled. I had never canceled the order and the lady I was talking to did. I called back again... her words exactly "your order has been canceled" and hung up the phone. I pulled up to the location 10 mins later because of that cancellation. I walked in and that lady wasn't there. I spoke to the manager and he wasn't the best either. Apparently his staff member told him that I had "cursed her out and how I was going to "call corporate". I said I will call corporate I never used any profanity in that statement. If you can't hear maybe you need to get that checked out. That doesn't give you a right to cancel somebody's order. The manager was no help and neither was that lady. Don't waste your time...
Read moreI ordered from the app, it said my order was being prepared, baked and then about 20 minutes later, it said completed. I walked into the store in a total of about 25 minutes for pick up and my order wasn't there. So I gave them my name and they couldn't find my order. So this older gentleman who I assumed was the Mgr. because the employees came to him to ask if they delivered in certain areas was standing about 3 feet away from me through the plexiglass. I said 3 times to him, excuse me sir can I ask you a question and the guy totally ignored me. The person answering the phone finally came over to me and asked could he help . I asked how is it the app showed my pizza's progress all the way to completion but my pizza 🍕 isn't even in the oven. I watched the gentleman who ignored me and he started making a pizza 🍕 and it had the same ingredients that my pizza had and then he very softly told one of the employees to make another pizza 🍕 and that pizza had my same ingredients on it as well. That Mgr. was unprofessional and sorry and I say sorry because use to be a Restaurant General Mgr. and I would've and never have treated a customer like that but what I will say is, 2 of the delivery drivers saw me standing there and came out trying to assist me which wasn't even there issue. I live in this area but was reluctant to order from this store because of something like this and I told myself before I left work in the Virginia area. That I should've ordered my pizza when I first left work. Customer service is everything and is very scarce. I'm having a Superbowl party which I'll need 12 large pizza's, 8 orders of wings, 6 orders of cheese bread sticks and a few other items.
